Description of Work: Best Way Roofing replaced the entire roof of a 5000 foot two story SFR investment property. There were some issues where the employees did not do as thorough a job where the roof adjoins to the side of the house on the second level, as it relates to repatching holes left by the removal of the old roof, but once I brought it up the owner, he immediately took care of it. I would use them again without question.

It is a mid-century modern house, so aesthetics even on the roof is important; he did a great job talking to me about what he thought would look great. And it does! He is a licensed and guarantees his work. I will use him again on my other investment properties.

+ -1 moreFANTASTIC! Dean and his crew from the Valley Office did an outstanding job! Quote was fair, work done as promised, and clean-up was thorough. Job well done.
Description of Work: Remove old shingles down to plywood, re felt, new flashing and metal valleys. New shingles was Owens Corning 50 year and finished off by painting all metal to match roof.
