Had them do 2 units on my property. The first one was great, the pre team is great, and the guys who actually do the work. After the 2nd one, where I chose the more expensive option to get a Mitsubishi Heat Pump, the unit would not turn the fan on some of the time. I told them, and wasted insane amounts of time. They kept saying things like 'I am trying to understand what doesn't work.' 'Pretty simple, you choose to run the fan to simply circulate the air and the icon goes, Nest thinks it is on, but does not go on.' Then they said they were going to have a Mitsubishi tech come out and for sure it would get resolved. Never happened. Just listened to a book on Benjamin Franklin and he and John Adams had to share a bed one time while traveling and Adams went to close the window and Franklin said this place will be a tomb if you do. That was what 250 years ago? and HVAC is their business? Guess I will have to take them to court. The office staff post job is a clown car of silly children. So if your job goes great, they will be a good choice. If you run into an issue you will wish you hired ANYONE else. You've been warned.

Do not go with this company. You will regret it if you need them to fix anything in the future. I purchased a new Daikin heat pump in 2021, all new ductwork and full system install for $18k. The person that sold me on the system, I never saw them again after I agreed to the install, looking back on it, that was red flag number 1. During the install, there were several verbal misunderstandings as well as them damaging my property and not telling me about it until I discovered it on my own and called for them to make it right (they did reimburse me some money for the damages). There were disputes about the method of payment that they previously told me was okay, but when it came time to pay they changed how I was able to pay and threatened to start charging me interest if I wasn't able to comply within 7 days of the work completion. The real kicker came when the system they installed stopped working in 2023. They first told me that they couldn't have someone come out until Febuary of 2024 (this was in October of 2023). They finally got someone to come out and look at it in November. The technician on site said "I needed a new compressor, main board and wiring harness. They'll order the parts under the manufacturer 10 year parts warranty and only charge me labor to install them. Wait for a call from the office to see what's next". Fast forward to the next day, I hadn't heard anything and called the office myself. I was told that the manufacturer would not honor the warranty and that they recommended spending $13k on a new system since that's the better option instead of $10k on new parts to repair the existing system. I was floored to say the least but my back was against a wall as I had a very young child at home who was shivering during diaper changes without a heating system in the middle of winter. I tried going through insurance to help pay for such a high unexpected expense but in order to do so, I needed paperwork from them breaking down the repair costs. They literally took months to get me this paperwork, which ended up being just two additional lines describing the cost break down. During this time, I was able to contact another HVAC company who actually cared about their customers. They quoted me on the labor after looking into the system. They told me the manufacturer would absolutely honor the parts warranty and that the original install company (Belle Air Services) likely just wanted to make more money off me by selling me a new system. After several weeks of working back and forth with Daikin, the new HVAC company finally got me up and running through replacing parts that were in fact covered by the warranty. Belle air just didn't want to get involved in helping me because they could only see the money they could make off me instead. Do not trust this company. Do not give them your money. You will absolutely regret it as I have when they leave you out to dry.

Service was great and pricing very competitive. Nick Knuth was very knowledgeable when he came to do an assessment of the work to be done, and answered all my questions I'm a very clear way. The techs worked pretty quickly and efficiently when installing the new unit. Deisy and Emma from the office always made sure that things were taken care of and went above and beyond with follow-ups and updates. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

I highly recommend Belle Air Services! From the first moment I called to get a quote, to the moment they finished the job, I could not have asked for better customer service, top notch work, and competitive pricing. They communicated with me all throughout the process, made sure I understood everything that would be done, were on time, protected my home and were clean. They even worked very well with my HOA (who is very tough!). And to top it off, they didn't try to up-sell me as other HVAC contractors have in the past. So pleased that I have found this HVAC company!!

They did a terrific job. They cared about every detail of the job they were doing. They were wonderful to work with and went out of their way to make everything as easy and painless as possible. I would recommend them to anyone for all the reasons detailed above.

Excellent service! Efficient, professional and awesome customer service. Cost was better than other companies offering the same unit and they also took care of required permits. There were extra processes they completed without charge and my new AC works great!
