The job went extremely well. Brad is a meticulous craftsman. He also made sure that no plaster dust or plaster remained at the end of the day. He and his crew always showed up on time and worked diligently throughout the job.

He arrived on time, was very professional and friendly. The hidden damage I imagined would be so bad turned out to be fairly mild and very fixable. Still needed affected sections scraped down, re-plastered and sanded which Brad took care, and paid great attention to detail. Very please and would definitely call him again.

He was professional, prompt, and helpful. We thought that we needed work done. He explained that the cracks in our stucco were part of the stucco aging process, and that there was no risk of damage to the house with the cracks. He explained how he could repair that stucco, if we wished. And he also recommended, and explained why, he would be hesitant to do anything. If we decide to proceed in the future, we would definitely work with him.

They matched the stucco texture exactly, came in on budget, were responsive to all the questions we had, and worked in a timely manner.

We were beyond pleased with the work Brad and his team did. They were prompt every morning, got the whole house finished right on schedule, cleaned up after themselves, were friendly, and even went above and beyond - fixing holes in our walls that our plumber accidentally made. We love our new ceilings and are very glad we went with B & J Plastering. We highly recommend them.

Brad Migneault is a jewel with a crew of gems. With 30-45 years of experience each, these guys are true craftsmen who are masters of the tools and material of their trade. Brad is an old school tradesman who is a sincere professional, easy to communicate with and truly understands the meaning of customer service. Crew arrived on time, protected my floor very well, demolished water damaged section of the wall, and re-plastered it nicely, with no issues. Very solid work. They did a fantastic job matching the texture of the new plaster to the surrounding old wall texture.

He was very good and I liked him a lot. He was professional. Ours was a little problematic because of the way the contractor had installed the windows and he was able to remedy that and it didn’t take him long, they were pretty quick about doing it. They were neat, there was no mess, and that was important to me. All in all, they did a very good job. The price was reasonable. We had kind of a textured coats and he was able really match the paint.

Brad and his crew are true craftsmen - their work ethic is exceptional and old school quality of work. I appreciated that Brad recommended a product, Eisenwall cement, which dries in one hour (rather than having to wait the usual 8 days before completing the project). The entire process of removing the window, installing the insulation, plastering the hole, waterproofing, and re-stuccoing was completed in one day. Brad recommended Naylor's Paints as the place to purchase the custom color-matched paint (George was friendly and very fast) and Brad came back in one week to paint the wall. You can barely tell that there was a window on that wall previously. Brad was even kind enough to try to help me with another problem that we have. He's a true gentleman and someone I would trust to do any kind of stucco and plastering work. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I wish that every service provider was as professional, ethical, punctual, kind, and skillful as he. Hire him - you will not go wrong with Brad of B & J Plastering. He's the best!!

Brad was AWESOME. I needed to remodel a house built in 1924 on no budget. I couldn't afford a general contractor. He understood my comical situation perfectly. And luckily, he was my first call. He sent me in every CORRECT direction. The group he works around, meaning ALL THE TRADES, are solid and he put me in touch with every one of them. No general contractor? No problem. Just ask Brad. They all communicated flawlessly and scheduled each process fluidly. These guys are not only excellent at what they do, but good human beings, too. They care. Because my job became much more than what I'd anticipated, there were delays. Brad adjusted accordingly. He was pleasant and helpful. All of his suggestions were insightful. He just...rolled with it. First, his sandblaster team was clean and efficient. Next, he and his guys patched around twelve windows, numerous doors and outdoor ceilings, and all around the roof line and base. When they finished the stucco, the house was repaired, sealed up tight, and aesthetically perfcect. New exterior. Just like that. From our first conversation, he gave me all the right information and followed through with each of his commitments to the hour. He was easy to reach, anytime. Instant, mostly. I'd email him and hear back within minutes. But the information came FROM him. I didn't have to ask questions because he'd already explained the where and when and why without me having to wonder. On top of that, his price was absolutely FAIR. I looked around. He runs a company that takes pride in doing excellent work at the correct price. Everything was great. My house is finished. Brad is a great guy and does good work

Brad was a pleasure to do business with. He provided a prompt and reasonable estimate, showed up on time as agreed, and completed the work in a professional and skillful manner. He did a remarkable job matching the damaged/missing stucco (no easy task, as the original stucco was applied over 30 years ago!). We would not hesitate to use Brad again and to recommend him to others.

Brad was very professional, courteous and is an all round good guy. Quality of work was excellent - I have no hesitation in recommending him. From the moment I called him, through coming round to give an estimate, to doing the actual job and clearing up, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Brad and his guys did a great job. Brad came over early on a Saturday morning to accomodate my busy schedule and provided me with a quote and timeline for the work. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Even patched another area for me. Great guy and nice crew. Of the 5 stucco guys I called, Brad is the ONLY one that got back to me. I will only work with them for stucco and plaster in the future.

He was great! We got 3 proposals done and they were pretty much all the same price. We picked him since he was on time and expalined everything that needed to be done. The others pretty much threw out a number, but not what they were going to be doing. We loved his work so much, we called him out to do the plaster work in our hall instead of having my dad do it for free!! He's that good....

They were prompt on all three occasions (estimate, lathing/paper/wire, stucco), professional and communicative, and the patched spot is barely noticeable.

I called 3 plasters for estimates, Brad from B & J came out and we walked through the house, Brad pointed out a few things I should have the electricians come back and straighten out plus remove the old panel box otherwise the plastering would not come out as good as it should. After reviewing all the estimates B & J had the best price plus I was thankful Brad had pointed out the items the electricians needed to adjust. Brad and his crew showed up on schedule and fixed everything in 2 days, As they were working they notice more wall cracks and went ahead and patched them. Same with the stucco on the outside, the patches came out great. All the work done was excellent, they did a great job. One special note: In conversation I mentioned I didn't know what to do about a missing Z-Brick on a wall, Brad said he could try an fake one out of plaster, and he did. It was perfect! I was vary thankful for that! Brad and his crew are all vary professional, easy to talk to, just a really nice group to work with. I've learned Plastering is an art form and definately recommend B & J Plastering.

When I contacted Brad, he was available to evaluate the job the next day. He arrived promptly as planned, provided a free estimate of the job he was asked to access, and quoted what I believed to be a fair price. He explained in detail what he thought the problem was and confidently assured me that he could repair the wall. He returned the following day, completed the necessary repair of the garage wall; and voluntarily repaired two other areas on the garage wall at no additional charge. I was delightfully surprised to see that he made the additional repairs. This effort on his part showed me that he enjoys his work and cares about helping the customer. I was preparing to sell the property, so the additional repairs were very helpful. All of the repairs were beautifully done. The finished garage door wall looked like new! Contracting this job with Brad was a delightful experience. He was professional, yet friendly. He was sincerely concerned about customer satisfaction. Most importantly, his work was excellent!

Incredibly professional and amazing work! I searched on angies list for a company that repairs stucco and B&J was already highly rated so I decided to send Brad a note explaining my situation. I was expecting some contact within a few days but Brad contacted me by noon the following day! I told him I was at work and that I could not show him what needed to be done. He told me he was nearby and that he could check out the garage door from the outside without my needing to be there. I gave him my address and less than an hour later he told me what the repair would entail. After the explanation he gave me the quote right there! It was very reasonable for the work I needed done (not cheap but then again, neither was the work). I agreed to the terms and and we scheduled the work for 7:00am the next day! At 6:30 in the morning I received a phone call; the contracter was outside ready to work. He was very pleasant and he explained everything very clearly. I left him to it and went to work. Later on in the afternoon I received a few emails with pictures of the work. Perfect! Once I got home, an checked it out myself I was thoroughly impressed.

Brad and I worked our schedules around rain and when we decided upon a date, he showed up early every day, sometimes with an associate. Cannot say enough good stuff about this company!

Very, very good experience. He was on-time, the work done was great, and everything was left extremely clean (amazing given it was plaster work). He also answered many follow up questions about priming, etc.

Good experience. Brad came over shortly after I contacted him and gave me an estimate for one of two stucco jobs I had in mind. The job Brad bid on was patching a crack at the base of the house on one corner. We set the date for the work to be done and Brad was right on time. He did an excellent job. He was fast and efficient. Brad was pleasant and explained to me what he was doing as he worked, explained the materials he used, and offered suggestions. Brad is a true master of his craft and I would be glad to recommend him or hiring him again in the future.

Exactly as described by others on AL. Brad showed up on time, completed job with excellent workmanship, covered the work area with plastic and left the worksite spotless. He even communicated with me every step of the way, so there were no surprises. Not many craftsman exist who can still work with lath and plaster on a coved ceiling - a true craftsman. I will definitely use B&J Plastering again!

Brad was great. He gave me a quick estimate and when we agreed upon the scope of the work he finished very quickly with good results. I'm very satisfied with the experience.
