Excellent job.

Weather (rain) forced change in scheduling when work was done but Brad came as soon as it cleared. Excellent job done, including clean-up. The job necessitated removal and re-installation of wrought iron multi-plate hanger and taking down three large pictures which were placed high on the 12 foot wall. Before going to work Brad used plastic tarps taped down so debris would not fly. I couldn't be more pleased with his professional and caring approach.

Brad was very knowledgeble of the job that needs to be performed. He presented a reasonable bid. He did an excellent job of repairing the cracked and peeling stucco. Brad gave me a date when he could do the work. He arrived early and completed the job that same day. I would use Brad's services again, and I will recommend him to my friends.

They were responsive, punctual, courteous, professional, and expeditious. No more could have been asked of Brad Migneault. He also fixed some less obvious damage overlooked in his first inspection/estimate visit. I'd almost forgotten how pleasant and satisfactory home repairing could be.

Brad and his son did an excellent job. Mike of Mike's Painting and Decorating recommended Brad and I could not have been more pleased. I felt that the price was fair and he is extremely knowledgeable. They did a beautiful job. We had many areas that had been damaged by water on the house/garage and various cracks on our retaining walls that needed repair. It looks better than new! Brad took the time to explain the material and his technique. They were careful with our landscaping and cleaned up the work site thoroughly.

For the estimate, he arrived early and looked at the areas to be repaired. He gave an estimate (range) and we set a date for the work. He arrived on time and brought his son to assist him. They prepped the rooms where the scrapping and plastering was to be done. They worked at a steady pace and completed the job in approx four hours. He then cleaned up and removed the old plaster. His work was thorough and they did not create to much dust for such a dirty job. Job well done and the final cost was the low end of his original estimate.

Brad had a cancellation and came to give the estimate two days earlier than anticipated. On the day of the job, he was on time and performed the job for the amount of money originally discussed. I would have liked a price that was a bit lower, but this was not too much more than I had anticipated paying!

Brad came over the same day I called him. We agreed on the price. The next day early Brad was already at work on the project when I arrived to see how things where going. Brad seemed very knowledgable about his trade, he was neat, friendly and reliable. Brad spoke perfect English. I left him a check and he left me an invoice. Concerning the price it seemed a little high but I know nothing about plastering so I rated the price a B. I liked the the fact that the work was quality, done in a timely manner and there was good communication. No fuss, No mess and No problem. I would feel comfortable considering B&J Plastering for future jobs and recommending him to others.

Brad was on time, efficient, and cleaned up the work area when he was done. The work was very satisfactory. His estimate was very reasonable, and he discussed what problems might occur beforehand with fragile plaster. We will gladly use him again in future.

Brad called me back immediately. He said he was busy himself but would recommend someone. They both came to inspect the job 2 days later, and Eric began work the following week. His work was great. On time, fast, no mess. Excellent.
