B & J did an exceptional job. One would never know they had repaired anything. It looks like the original. Really fantastic work. Artisans.

Experience went very fast and smooth. I called up Brad and we set up a time for him to come over and check out the work. I wasn't able to meet him at home but I was fine with him coming over and taking a look at the stucco job I needed done in the back yard. He came over and called me with an estimate (which was right on). His worker, Eric, came over in a few days and finished it up. It was really convenient for me because I didn't have to be home. I came home at lunch and Eric was already finished. He cleaned up very well too. It was straight forward and no frills. You cannot ask for more.

Thanks to Brad, what could have been a huge delay in painting the house was integrated with the painter's schedule.

We called Brad about the job, and he was able to come and check out the job in about an hour. =(He lives in the vicinity of our building). He gave us a reasonable estimate and explained thoroughly what needed to be done to patch the hole and do the other repairs. Brad came back the next day and did a professional job on the repairs. The stucco job is perfect and it is impossible to see where the patch was done.

I called Brad and he came out on a Sunday to give me the estimate. After looking over everything, he presented me with a verbal estimate and later that day emailed a written one. We arranged a time the following week for him to do the work. He arrived promptly and completed the work the same day and it looks terrific. He even did a little extra caulking around my porch area.

He coordinated with our painter (Mike Bjerring) to do the work and keep the painting job on schedule. I didn't deal with him directly but everything went smoothly.

Brad does not subcontract. He comes out for the estimate and performs all of the work from start to finish. Brad came out on a Sunday to do the estimate. He is in high demand, but worth the wait which really is not excessive. I think we were scheduled three weeks from the date of the estimate visit. He is extremely professional and friendly. Most importantly, Brad does exceptional work and he is very knowledgeable. I pointed out a few additional things like our the screen vents and our drainage area. He was able to fix those problems too. It was so nice to not have to hire another contractor for those areas. Everything took about a week. Brad was punctual and cleaned the work area at the end of each day. He informed me of his progress each day and what he would be doing on the following day. I really appreciate his excellent communication. This is the second time that we have used Brad, and we could not be happier with his work.

He was very careful with things on the floor. He came here all the way from San Monica. He was very professional and did the job nicely.

We had a rock facade on our house that began to fall off, so I pulled it all the way off. The stucco underneath was in bad shape so we had to have it patched before painting. Our concrete porch had been poured right up to the border of the rock facade, so when we took the rock down the concrete near the stucco was very uneven and ugly. Brad came out to do an estimate just for the stucco, but mentioned that he could patch the concrete as well. He was very punctual and stayed in contact when scheduling, and completed the work over two days, meeting me both days after my work day to go over what he did. The work was done very well, and he stuck pretty close to the estimate even though there was quite a bit more patching that needed to be done than we initially thought. I would definitely recommend Brad to anyone I know who needs to have this type of work done.

Brad came out and looked at a rental property that hadn't been painted in almost 10 years. He provided consultation on the best approach to take in repairing the house. He was on time for the initial appointment and completed the work quickly. His communication was good and the work was excellent. I'd have no hesitation in using him again.

Let me begin by saying that Brad's one of the nicest people I've ever worked with. From the beginning, he was very clear about what he thought needed to be done and how to do it. Once we made a deal, he was there when he promised and the job took exactly the amount of time he'd estimated. In our case, we added another room to the job. Brad gave us a good price, and worked it into the schedule with no hassle. The finished product looked amazing, and literally transformed our home. Since the initial job, we've had Brad back to do another room, and are very happy with the results of that job as well. He's not cheap, but I'm a firm believer in getting what you pay for (to a point). At the end of the day, Brad went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy, and went out of his way to accommodate us. I highly recommend him.

It went well. Brad was straight forward and made the job no fuss in all aspects.

He was very responsive from the first call made to him. For both the appointment to make and estimate and to do the work, he was punctual. When he performed the work he was very tidy and left a very finished looking result. I felt his price was very fair. I would definitely use his services again.

We called Brad for an estimate to do some stucco work on the exterior of house, which we are going to be repainting. Brad came to our house within a few days of our call. He explained that our choices were to sandblast the whole house and restucco all, or to have him patch just the peeling areas, with a kind of plaster bonder (glue). He explained clearly that while sandblasting/restucco was the best option for longevity, it was also expensive to sandblast, and probably not worth it for the relatively small areas where we had peeling stucco. He also looked at a cinder block garden wall that we want to have skim-coated. Brad sent an estimate the same day by email. Estimates for both jobs seemed very reasonable. We emailed back to say we wanted to do patching work as soon as possible. Brad said he would be available within three weeks. About 2 weeks later I contacted him again; we scheduled a date, he showed up on time, and got the work done in about 6 hours. We found Brad professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We will definitely hire him again to do the skim-coat work on the garden wall.

Brad was very easy to work with. He quickly came to my house to give me a quote, which he did right there, and which I approved on the spot. His work is execellent and he's quick. His communication was great, which we mostly did via e-mail.

My experience with Brad was great. Brad was recommended by another company to take care of some peeling stucco and minor cracks on the exterior of my house before getting it painted. During the walk through, I commented on the age of the foundation vents, the ill-fitted screen for the crawl hole and the need to get a screen fitted for the air conditioner. Brad agreed to handle all these items in addition to the stucco work that he was originally hired to do. He took care of everything expertly and on time. He was very pleasant to work with.

Repiping left us with quite a few holes in the walls, inside and out, so I decided to give Brad a call. I'm glad I did. He was quick to respond via e-mails and always showed up on schedule. He's personable and communicative as well as thorough. He checked with the plumbers and added access panels in the walls where needed. He even patched a few other things, including a chunk of tile that had broken off the wall in one of the bathrooms. When the scheduling had to be adjusted, Brad was very accommodating. I was very pleased with his work (both the plastering and re-stuccoing) and wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Brad is a first class guy. He is knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and punctual. He comes when he says he will and works proficiently and efficiently. This is the second time I have used him and I would never call anyone else for stucco work. He patched several areas on my house and it looks seamless. He also cleans up after himself which is something I really appreciate and not often done very well.

Brad did a very good job. Arrived as scheduled for the quote and then again for the job. Terrific prep for the job covering adjacent areas and furniture. Good job matching the skip trowel work of the original plasterer (circa 1931). Cleaned up afterwards, a big plus. So many contractors do not.
