The serviceman was very professional and did a good job and cleaned up nicely. I recommend this company to a friend who hired them as well...and for a much bigger job. I thought their pricing was good and competitive, if not less.

Fast and painless. I had about one torn up screen for each size window in my house and had a lot missing. I was able to drop off the old frames to use as examples and had them create new ones for all the missing screens on my house. Took less then a week. Wish I had stopped in earlier.

It was okay, not great. They sent a person to do the measurements and then they build the screens at their site, and then they send a different team to do the installation. One of the screens did not fit, so they had to come back again later with a replacement. The workers were good. Courteous and prompt. But overall I felt that the workmanship was not great quality. The older screens in my house are much sturdier and have better construction. The new screens provided by Atwater are cheap and flimsy. The workers did not want to provide me with the spring loaded inserts and the handles to make removal easier. On the whole I felt that I got so-so value for the money, but it was not excellent.

They came out right away. But did not complete the job in a timely manner. They were not prompt in returning calls. They missed a couple screens and it took a couple weeks for me to finally get them. The screens were nice and fit well, but the customer service lacked.

Atwater screen and glass are exactly what you want in a contractor. They kept appointments, were flexible to work with our schedule, called 20 minutes before arriving as a courtesy, explained the process, and did great work. Our screens fit very nicely. Would definitely use again.

They were great. Showed up promptly for the estimate, and then promptly for the work the next week. The price was reasonable, and I wish I had gone to them before living with crappy screens for years. We recommend them.

they did a great job, it took a long time to get the tempered glass (I didn't know that they have to make it to order). But the installation was quick and easy.

They have done most of my windows. They were very competitive with other companies on the windows for price. It is a local Hispanic company that is family owned. I live in an older home and they are located close to my home. I've used them four or five times and I think they are priced fairly. I didn't get estimates for the door. The glass door was an expensive item. It took a long time for the door to be made. It was about three weeks. They did a good job and were responsive and I would use them in the future.

They are fast professional, clean, good and through. this is the third time I am hiring them and they are perfection.

I originally searched for a mobile screen guy -- the guy who makes your screens on-site. I had used this type of service before and I liked the immediate accuracy I got with a guy making and fitting them right on the premises. I didn't really see any referrals for this so I called Atwater who make the screens off-site, and they assured me the screens would be made, fit and installed well. I wasn't sure if I was going to use them, so I called for an estimate. Armando came out, took measurements and Vince called the next day with the estimate. I thought the estimate was within the price range I wanted to pay (and thus fair) and I liked their immediate response and professionalism. Also Armando was very helpful in advising me which screen materials and color to use given my requirements (cats who like to sit in the windows; best color to go with trim color; which screen gives better visibility, durability, etc.). His opinion coincided with mine, so I placed the order. I don't know how fast they can do screens but I wanted them to come back the following weekend for the installation. At the last minute I had to reschedule for the following weekend. They were accommodating, courteous. Today they came out and quietly, efficiently installed the new screens and hauled the old, torn, ratty screens away (no charge). For such a seemingly small, insignificant improvement to the house, they look great. Everything fit (even with my not quite square window frames). They are secured well, so cats can sit and commune with the birds and not fall out and there were no surprises. One small concern I had was whether each screen and window sill should have two window clips at the bottom for overall support for the cats, (the larger screens did have this) but I decided to see how these worked. They assured me they could come back and install additional pegs/clips if I needed them. Atwater asked for a 25% down payment and they take credit cards. Very good experience and I went into it blind with only Angie's List to guide me. Another great referral!

I dropped off my screen door to be rescreened. I picked it up a couple of days later. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

They were terrific and gave us the best quote. We had one issue where we thought the quote included something which it did not, due to no one bringing it up.

THEY REPAIRED OVER 5 SCREENS, AND DID A GREAT JOB HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVEN DID 1 SCREEN AT NO CHARGE.

We've had this company come twice to fix cracked panes of glass in our mullioned windows. The first time was fine, although I thought the price was a little high. Most recently, we had them fix 6 small panes of glass for $240. The two men were an hour late but were friendly and took about an hour-and-a-half to finish the job. They used torches to loosen the old putty and a couple windows got a little scorched. They also left quite a few pieces of glass around our house despite their knowledge that we have small children.

I CALLED 3 OR 4 DIFFERENT GLASS SERVICES AND FOUND THIS ONE TO BE THE CHEAPEST AND MOST RESPONSIVE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND FINISHED THE JOB WITHIN AN HOUR. OTHER PLACES TALKED DOWN TO ME AND MADE THE JOB SEEM COMPLICATED. ATWATER WAS VERY NICE AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN IF I NEED GLASS REPLACEMENT SERVICES AGAIN.
