+ -1 moreIt went well. Marco is easy to work with, has a great personality, is very experienced, and knows his profession. He suggested "fixes" that could bring results, but did not recommend unnecessary work. His price was very fair, considering he made several follow-up trips.
Description of Work: Marco came to do a free inspection for rat infestation. He looked inside the attic, and at various entry points accessible from my flat roof, overhanging tree limbs, openings under and around the house, etc. He quoted me a good price and we arranged a day for him to come back and do the work. On that day he sealed up several entry points (holes) and set traps in the attic. He came back twice to check the traps, and said he would come a third time. One rat was found in a trap on the second visit.

Description of Work: I had a rat problem. Marco set traps and closed up access. He checked the traps 4 times (and removed the bodies). He was always prompt, patient and kind. If I have any future problems, I will definitely call him.

+ -1 moreIt went very well! Marco said he would call me the next morning to see if we had anything. We didn't catch any. He said that we should wait and checked back in with me in two days. Still no rats! I was thrilled because they seemed to be gone. Marco said that we may have scared them out on the first day and they just didn't come back! By day 4, he was sealing the holes in the garage - he even found one behind the washing machine. Great work and a very nice guy!
Description of Work: Marco came over and examined my garage for rat activity I had described and he then set traps. He discovered the places where they were getting in and put metal plate or screens in the open spaces.

+ -1 moreI was getting small bites on my arms and legs. Called Marco to help determine what the problem was. Although he ruled out flies and bedbugs he did not know what is was. He did set off several bug bombs through out house and the problem was solved. He also made sure there were no areas that rats could enter the house and helped trap a few in the basement. When there is one trapped he is always available to dispose of it the same day.
Description of Work: Sprayed home for insects, Vermin proofed house and basement.
