When I tried put the oven in my 9 year old DCS range through the clean cycle, the cycle did not work and the door locked and would not open. This was a Sunday and this company (A.E.S.) purported to make service calls at no extra cost. They were unable to find somebody to come out that day, however, so I agreed they could come Monday. The technician supposedly analyzed the problem and gave me a bid of $915.00, most of it for parts. He could not open the door, which was suspicious since there are actually instructions on how to do that on the internet. At that price, I was just going to buy a new range, but before I spent the money, I called DCS and asked them about it. They gave me the names of 4 authorized technicians in my area - none of them this company - and agreed if it really would cost that much, it would be better to buy a new stove. The technician from the new company I called, Kitchens Only, managed to open the oven door (with the help of a wire hanger), tested everything, and told me that the only part broken was the latch (the most common part to break on a DCS stove). I showed him the A.E.S. bid and he pointed out the same part number was listed twice with 2 prices, and one of the parts is actually subsumed within the other. At the very least this was gross incompetence, it not just plain fraud.

This company is also listed as Appliances Electrical Services. On the internet they falsely advertise as DCS Appliance Repair Service. They do NOT know how to fix a DCS stove.
