+ -1 moreCalled to schedule - said we just need a rubber seal around door replaced, nothing was wrong with the dishwasher. Offered model # over the phone so part could be ordered in advance but person refused info & said technician would get info when he came. $35 for service call which could be applied towards the repair. By the way, 10a & 2p next day. Good so far. Got call next day - they would not come out that day. Annoyed but what could I do? We needed an operable dishwasher ASAP. At this point, a tech got on phone & took down model # so they could order part & have it. Next day, he didn't show up by 2pm. I called, they apologized & promised to come within the hour. He came just before the hour was up. He replaced the part then stuck around to watch the dishwasher go through a full cycle in order to justify the $95 flat fee they charged for what took 5 minutes & very little labor. If they charged me half, I would have called them next time we need repairs. But as it is, I'll leave negative
Description of Work: DISHWASHER - part replacement only. No repair. The technician replaced the replace rubber seal around door of our dishwasher which took all of 5 minutes. But to try to justify the rather exorbitant $95 'flat fee', the technician sat there and watched the dishwasher go through an entire wash cycle. Gee, thanks.

+ -1 moreI made an appointment a day or so ahead of the repair visit, and on the appointed day someone from the company called to confirm my address and asked if they could come slightly early. The service rep arrived timely; indicated that the oven needed a new igniter, and he installed one from his truck within roughly 15 minutes. He stayed to make sure that the oven was heating properly and that was that. Aside from the relatively high cost, consisting of a "fixed" labor quote of $120 (I was told it would have been $150 for a refrigerator; $120 was their "standard" for an oven) and the single part, I was pleased with the service.
Description of Work: Older Viking oven would not maintain consistent temperature nor preheat to any temperature above 375 degrees.

+ -1 moreThey came out and he asked what was wrong with the dryer and I told him and he says "This is something you can do yourself." He gave me instructions on how to do it and only charged me $10.00 for coming out.
Description of Work: They saved me a lot of money by telling my how to do it myself and they only charged me $10.00 for coming out here, which was very kind. I know from other people that they do excellent work and they are A rated by everyone I've talked to.

+ -1 moreThey were very dependable and reliable. They came right out within a couple of hours. The service technician had all the different parts with him on hand, so he was able to start right away and get the job done quickly.
Description of Work: They replaced the faulty power cord to my refrigerator.
