They didnt call me back until two weeks later just as I was awarding the job, and at that point the nice lady on the phone said that she would have an estimator contact me...they never did. I guess they were too busy to want my $10,000 + re-roof. Based on other comments, they seem to have lost the ability to reply in a timely manner...too bad as they were the most local of the companies i contacted.

Ricardo was prompt and courteous when he came to check out the job. The quote was detailed and competitively priced, and included permit and warranty information. ANR responded quickly to our questions and provided detailed information that put us at ease with our decision to have them do the work. They showed up on time and put down plastic sheeting to protect the nearby plants and car. They worked quickly and left the area clean at the end of each day. They kept us informed as to the scheduling of the work and inspections. When the work was completed, they cleaned the area well. We only found a couple of nails and metal trimmings to pick up, but otherwise the area was cleaner than when they started. The finished work is neat and professional. To my knowledge, nothing had to be redone after the inspections. From start to finish, ANR did an excellent job.

I talked to him about additional financing and he was willing make agreement with me on pricing. He was willing to listen to my suggestion. He came and gave me some verbal estimate and them he did the paper work. He would put on a metal roof. He was very friendly and he listens. He is knowledgable and he is available if I have any questions.

I received an estimate to re-seal my rooftop deck. It was double the estimate I received from two other companies. I decided I did not want to use them. They were professional and courteous.

Contacted provider for service appointment. They never called back. Responsiveness is non-existent. If they won't return a call for new customer, how could I expect them to be punctual and reliable?

The estimate was free and they were great. The gentleman who came out was very professional and gave me a lot of information. The only thing was their price was a little higher than I thought we should pay so we went with another company.

ANR re-roofed our whole house and did an excellent job. They did the job on time and just as promised. We have not had to run the air conditioner once since, the house stays so much cooler inside. I would definitely recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.

They are high profile in roofing and i think they provide a very good service only because of the price and available resources, we could not pick them. They also offer new materials based on new technology. If someone needs a certified company, they are a good choice. They have the knowledge. If you want a larger roof, you can pick them.

The job went well, ANR didn't charge extra for damaged boards hidden under shingles during estimate. They came when they said they would and finished in the time they estimated. They cleaned up the yard and didn't leave any trash or nails.

Great. I would definitely use them if I needed roof work.

The customer service is great! I called to get an estimate the day after it rained and we had some leaks. They came out the same week. Ricardo was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took pictures of the roof and showed me the problem areas. We had not replaced our roof in over ten years so we knew we needed a new roof. We received two other estimates and ANR Roofing was the middle in terms of cost. The reviews were the reason we went with ANR Roofing and I am glad we did. They were able to install a new roof within two days and just in time... it rained the following day. They cleaned up when they were done. It has rained a couple of times after they completed the work and no leaks! We love our new roof and the peace of mind that comes with iit!

Definitely not some fly-by-night company that hires day laborers or anything of the sort. A tightly run, professional crew with a crew captain who had all the necessary equipment at their ready. They took pictures at the end of every work day to document their progress and managers inspected work. Love my roof. I highly recommend this company.

I hate to have to write bad reviews and I usually try and give the benefit of the doubt, but it's been almost two weeks since I called for an estimate and no return phone call. I spoke to the receptionist and she sent a confirmation email that I would receive a call back to set an appointment. No resonse.

My home is old with some very steep pitches and the sun had really broken down the old dark brown asphalt shingles on the south side. I had wanted to go with a highly reflective/emmissive metal roof to keep the attic heat down, but after talking it over with Ricardo I realized that financially it was not the best choice for me. He suggested CertainTeed Solaris Platinum asphalt shingles. I chose the sierra buff color which has good thermal properties for an asphalt shingle. In combination with the attic fan I'm sure it will be significantly better than the dark brown that had been there. The crew arrived on a Tuesday morning and went to work tearing the old roof off and had this part of the task done before the end of the day. They were conscientious and realized that flying debris MIGHT land on my neighbors cars in a nearby driveway so they suggested the cars be moved/covered to prevent any damage (the crew did the covering). They also placed tarps all around my house to help capture debris. On Wednesday they spent time doing the repair and replacement of some of the old wood. The inspector was a little slow getting out to my property and so they didn't get to start the new roof application until Thursday afternoon. However, they made quick work of it and with a couple of hours of wrap-up on Saturday morning they had the job finished. They spend lots of time cleaning up, but here is my only small criticism; I spent a couple of hours squatting over my yard and my neighbor's driveway picking up still more nails. I picked several dozen nails in all. It's probably not a big deal considering the thousands that they extracted and successfully disposed of.

A&R roofing just finished re-roofing my house, and it looks great!! They knocked it out in 1 day. I have NO complaints, the job went smooth and clean up was great. And I just noticed they cleaned my rain gutters, that was a sweet treat!! Can't recommend them enough, thanks for everything!!

They were very responsive and courteous. My tenant gave them a thumbs up.

I am very pleased with ANR Roofing. They are professional and very responsive to phone calls and emails. They are punctual, careful and left everything in perfect order. I would definitely recommend then with the highest degree of confidence!

Christian, the foreman kept me abreast of progress of job. I was very pleased that they left my property clean as it was prior to start of . I will recommend ANR in future for roof jobs. I am very satisifed with the work.

I always write good review about provider found on Angie's List but not this time, unfortunately. I contacted ANR Roofing because of their excellent reviews and also because they are located near my house in Eagle Rock (I like to support local business). I sent an e-mail to their main e-mail address (info@anrroofing.net). After 4 days without a reply, I called. The person who responded said they never hear of my request and hinted that she didn't have access to the e-mails going to info@anrroofing.net (not a good start). Anyway, she told me to call back the next morning to reach the right person. So did I. Next morning, I call again and the person I'm supposed to reach is still not there so I need to call the next Monday (that's a Friday). Well, ok. I call the next Monday and finally reach the person in charge of the requests. Very nice person who didn't find me in the system but promised to call me back to discuss my request. He/she never called me back. I'm sorry to have to write this review but I would like this business to strive in the area so if my experience is just one anomaly, then great. Hopefully this doesn't represent the way they do business. I contacted Halo Roofing and they are going to do the work.

Ricardo was very quick to call me and come out to give an estimate. His quote was lower than most and I chose him over comparable quotes because he was very good at explaining what I needed to have done. He didn't encourage me to purchase anything I did not need. He was honest and overall just a really nice guy. They did the job quickly and did an excellent job. It is so nice to not have water dripping inside when it rains. Would highly recommend him.

This was a terrific experience. They ended up moving our date up by a week. That never happens. They showed up and were very efficient and polite. We needed some extra work done on the roof because of some roof rot. Our contractor reviewed their request and they were honest about the issue. They worked very hard and into the evening to get the job done in 2 1/2 days. They were terrific! We highly recommend them.

They showed up on time for the estimate. A discrepancy between the estimate and the work order was amicably resolved. Price was competitive. When awarded the work they quickly scheduled it. The work crew showed up on time and worked steadily. The work was completed on time. The crew was very polite and cleaned up after themselves very nicely.

Eli came out and gave a great reroofing presentation. I did not feel pressured. He gave many options. He was very patient. Ricardo is the project manager and truly the best there is. We hired ANR for the reroof, solar vents, new fascia, new gutters, skylight, sandblast and stucco. Ricardo orchestrated each part of the relay; it would have taken me so much more time and headache to reach and schedule everyone. Ricardo literally saved our lives because he pointed out the not-to-code wiring from the house to the garage. He could have just focussed on their responsibilities, but we would have been cited for sure. The electrical turned out to be a nightmare in our attic and Ricardo was great to schedule in all the electrical work that was unforseen, so that all the processes kept moving. He is kind, positive, meticulous and incredibly reliable. When I had questions or concerns, he responded right away; these did not arise from his team nor their work, but rather the fact that my house was built in 1949 and there were many aspects that were not done well in the first place. His team works so well. They are dedicated and have just the right balance of skill, talent and teamwork. Ricardo asked me if I was okay with the noise and I had to laugh at such a thoughtful but ironic question. I could only respond that all the noise was exactly what it should be: the sound of men who are not afraid to work hard and be great at what they do. They cleaned up so incredibly well. I found maybe two nails a day after they left. All of my friends, who hired other roof companies, were in disbelief of that. The skylight is serene, the solar vents make a huge difference. The sandblasting and stucco was incredible; there is no kinder and more perfectionist of a man than Miguel. His team was incredible to watch. They worked so very hard and their work is so beautiful. The gutter team worked so well and so efficiently; it is amazing how a seemless gutter gives such a well-framed look. The house looks calm and peaceful. My friends and mom come over and drive past our house because it is such an extreme makeover. Now I have to save up for landscape and brick work because the plants and foliage pale by comparison. I am truly grateful to the entire ANR team, especially to Ricardo and Miguel for their great leadership. I recommend them enthusiastically and without reservation.

I'm glad I was able to cancel a repair project before the work started! Salesman indicated team would inspect for wood rot during repairs & replace at the lumber clause charge, and prime replaced wood. ANR owner showed up to do repairs with no appointment, complains job is too small so he will show up at his convenience with no appointment, and berates customer for asking for free lumber - which customer never asked for. What a nightmare! Stay away.
