ANR Roofing

Description of Work: My experience with ANR was very positive. I called a couple of different folks but Rick came out on the weekend (which is way more convenient for me as a working guy) to give me an estimate. He took a look, quoted me and gave me an estimated time of completion; all three of these things occurred in line with our first conversation, which I appreciated. | |I had to tear down a back house connected to my garage, which left part of the roof exposed. Rick and his team fixed this up and the continuity was perfect. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Andy Chavez, the owner, was great! He was always punctual to appointments, listened carefully, provided me with options, and even issued me a refund check when I noted that some of the materials listed on my invoice were not used in the job. The reason for the low grade is with the quality of the installation. I had a flat garage-top roof covered with some really cool rubbery-type material. I like my new roof, but I do not like the way the project's seams were laid out and how the job was "patched" together. The bonding material was applied with so little care and so much sloppiness that I had to have Andy out to look at it. He readily agreed that the job was not up to standard and had a crew out to repair the sloppy bonding material.

Description of Work: Had a few leaks from the last heavy rain. Came out and said it only needed roof maintenance and not repairs like another company that came out.

Description of Work: A N R provided an estimate on a re-roofing job for my 1600 sq. ft. home. They provided more than just a dollar figure, though; they sat down with me and explained in detail the re-roofing process, the options of materials that I can purchase and full explaination of what I would be getting for my money. Both A N R representatives were professional, honest and appreciative of the potential business.

Description of Work: These guys don't mess around! They came and wasted no time getting the job done. They finished in a day and a half, and they only took that long because we had to add a layer of plywood we didn't anticipate. We were installing the jacks for solar in conjunction with them, although by a different company, and they went out of there way to collaborate with the other crew. They cleaned up our yard twice in the first day and again a full sweep before they were done. The crew was polite, and hard working, and the foreman was knowledgable and ready to answer any questions and to give us updates. I am very happy with both the price, and the service, and can't believe how much work they accomplished in such a short amount of time. Another company gave us the same quote for 5 days. I can't imagine sitting in the noise and banging for more than we did. Very happy customers!

Description of Work: Ruben came over to give a proposal and advised me that my roof needed no work at all. He told me if I had any problems with leaking in the future, he would come over and fix it gratis. What more could you ask for?!

Description of Work: ANR roofing did a great job installing a PVC roof on our home. They provided an accurate estimate and there were no additional costs once the job began. They completed the job prior to the original scheduled date because an opening became available. The removal of the old roofing material was done without leaving a mess. The new roof looks great. They were very communicative and I was always able to reach their representatives. The staff was friendly and professional. Great Job!

Description of Work: I had them come out and give an estimate and it was decent. Unfortunately I would have had to wait for several weeks for the work to be done and I needed it soonest due to storm damage and water leakage. They were very polite and sent everything via email, but time was a factor in my decision.

Description of Work: ANR came out to give us a quote on our roof. They were one of 3 quotes. In the end we used another company but i would call ANR again in the future. They were very professional, thorough and responsive. The other company was just a better fit for us.

Description of Work: I was thinking about buying a house that I knew needed a new roof. Before I made the offer, I wanted a sense of how much a new roof would cost, so I called and spoke with Ruben. He was extremely helpful-- he even looked up the house I was considering buying on Google Earth so he could get a better sense of the roof in question and how much damage it might have. The information I got from him helped me determine the amount of my offer. If I buy the house, I will definitely call Ruben first.

Description of Work: I had a very odd experience with this company. We needed new aluminum gutters for the house. Andy Chavez, the owner, came out in April, looked at the house and told me he would have his gutter man come by to look at some problem areas (I wasn't sure why the gutter man had not come to begin with). The estimate was $1612. We delayed because we needed to have the house painted and when I called back in Sept, Andy came out again and the new estimate was $2200! He said they would have to lift the bottom row of shingles to install the gutters. I got estimates from 3 other gutter companies at this point and they ranged from $1250 to $1470. No one needed to lift any shingles, and I specifically asked. I think ANR specializes in roofing, and does not have that much experience with gutter work.

Description of Work: I called ANR for an estimate and they arrived as promised. While I eventually went with another company (work in progress) ANR's quote was very complete and competitive. I appreciated their follow-up on the quote and their overall professional approach.
