I called Andy right before the holidays and he said he'd call on January 2 to schedule a consult. I didn't hear from him, but gave him a call back the following week and he sent someone out the next day. He found the problem and repaired it. The cost seemed a little high for the time they spent, but it was cheaper than the other estimate we had received, so I guess it was a good price. They also guaranteed the work so if the leak isn't fixed, they will come back and repair it for no extra charge.

After inspecting the roof, ANR sent a statement of work via email the next day. Work was done promptly and the premises were left clean. Several other contractors were quite insistent that a new roof was needed, which would have cost around $6K. It's rained and I have not seen any signs of a leak.

They did a great job for the price they quoted and showed up when they said they would. Most roofers didn't want to be bothered with such a small job, but Andy fit us in.

Andy was great.He was very professional, courteous, and always on time. He faxed me the estimate on time and answered all my questions. The overall process was very fast (about three days). During that time, they accidentally punched into an interior ceiling. They were surprised it happened, but fixed it with no hesitation. They even had to repaint the entire ceiling and did so without any hesitation. I'd definitely use them again and refer them to others.

Andy responded immediately to my call. He gave a very fair price to replace a 50 year old roof. They started the work 2 days after we agreed to the job and completed the roof in 4 days. Andy is amazing and the crew was on time and very professional. Every night our yard and roof where cleaned up. We had rain right after the roof was installed and there were no leaks. Everyone is commenting on our beautiful roof. We've already hired ANR for another skylight project to start in January. Wonderful!

We called Andy Chavez for an estimate appointment and he came over in a couple of days. We liked his presentation and price, and the fact that he lives in our neighborhood. Once we decided to go with ANR and signed the contract, work began in less than two weeks. The job took exactly four days as Andy had said it would, and the work crew was always hard at work, courteous, and kept the jobsite pretty neat. Once the job was completed, there were no mysterious added-on charges. The price on the contract was what we paid. It was a pleasant experience to work with Andy and crew chief Edwin, and we highly recommend them to anyone out there. You won't be disappointed!

I couldn't be happier with this company. Andy Chavez was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt- from start to finish! He came out to give an estimate very soon after my initial call, and his estimate was the lowest of the three bids- he even gave me a $500 Angie's List discount! He made a friendly follow-up call a couple of days later. After I chose his company, things moved very quickly. I signed the contract, gave a small deposit, and his crew started just three days later. They worked swiftly and efficiently, doing a very thorough clean-up job at the end of each day. The entire job took 3-1/2 days- on a 3,000 square foot house with a very strange roof-line, due to many additions over the years! My (very picky) neighbor was impressed with the speed and the quality of the work. The crew was friendly and polite- just like Andy. And to top it all off, we just received a lovely gift basket from ANR Roofing, welcoming us to the family of satisfied customers!

They were prompt and courteous and cleaned up well. The owner of the company was the only contractor to actually climbed on the roof and looked at the problem. The others simply guessed. I will know if the leak has been repaired after it rains. However, the workers did not speak English well enough to understand many of my questions, although their supervisor was available by cellphone and helped me with some answers. The workers came in a private car, not a truck, and did not have identifying uniforms. I wonder whether they were really his full-time employees.

Andy gave me a complete assessment on my roofing needs, which included some minor upkeep that I could do myself but no work that required his services. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Most of all, I was impressed that he didn't take advantage of my ignorance and sell me material and labor that I didn't need; I had fully expected to pay for roof patching and other work.

Andy Chavez and his crew, particularly his on-site chief Edwin, were very responsive and helpful. hey were easy to get in touch with for any questions we had (and we had a LOT), and were always punctual and polite. We were very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the work, the quality for the price (very competitive), and the thoroughness of the work. I would enthusiastically recommend them.

We had had several estimates for replacing our roof. We decided to go with ANR Roofing. ANR is licensed, insured, and bonded. Mr. Chavez responded promptly to our phone call. He brought several samples of roofing material. However they were not the the color combination we wanted. He went to see a couple of houses with roofs we liked and then returned with those samples. He explained exactly what his company's crew would be doing. His crew came early and worked efficiently the whole time. They were neat and cleaned daily. When the work was completed the garden was just as lovely. Mr. Chavez checked with us about concerns. After work was completed Mr. Chavez returned to inspect our new roof. We would highly recommend ANR. Mr. Chavez is very professional and takes pride on the work his company does. We are very satisfied with the quality of work. We also received a 5% discount on the work done.

Andy Chavez and his crew from estimate to the completion of the job performed with outstanding professionalism, precision and care. Edwin, his crew chief, and the rest of the crew showed up early, worked hard and efficiently, timed the job to allow the rain gutter subcontractor to finish his portion of the job before moving on, and finished in four days total. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day and respected the rest of the residence so plants, patio and path areas were untouched. Andy showed up regularly to consult with his crew, check the progress and quality of the work, answer my questions and evaluate the need for any changes or additional work to complete the job to my satisfaction. I would give ANR the highest praise and recommend them and their work to any homeowner wanting a fine roofing job. I'm very, very pleased with the result and am utterly confident that if I have the slightest problem or question, Andy will be there to take care of my concerns.

Andy is very professional, communicates well, and is responsive. After the work was completed, we had a leak. Andy came out promptly to correct the problem and vacuum water from carpet. He also replaced the damaged ceiling tile.

Feel rather privileged to have had such intelligent, hardworking, GENTLEMEN busting theirs so diligently to provide us this fine looking, great-performing, reasonably priced roof in less than three days with no nonsense. Watched them reroof neighbor's house and out-buildings and being impressed, received his hearty recommendation after months of use before using ANR ourselves.
