Description of Work: We have had some issues with our shower and toilet backing up. Another plumbing service has come out several times to try and fix the problem. The office staff is helpful, but the technicians don’t communicate well, don’t clean up after themselves, or let you know when they’re coming or going. I feel like they rushed through the job, as all they do is snake it, which is just a band-aid. I got a second opinion from Andy’s Plumbing, and they were great! He even resealed the toilet, to stop the leaking! The technician brought his own towels, so I wouldn’t have to use mine to clean up the wet floor. He explained everything thoroughly and correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He took the time to make sure everything was working. I would highly recommend Andy’s Plumbing
