+ -1 moreI reached Helen, the receptionist, immediately and she scheduled the work for the next day. Fred arrived on time, instantly diagnosed the problem and had all the necessary parts on his truck. The dryer is 15 years old and needed a new bearing assembly, a glide assembly and a new drum belt, in addition to a thorough cleaning of years of lint. Fred completed the work quickly and tested the dryer before leaving. He is an excellent, professional technician and I would hire American West again because of him.
Description of Work: Repair dryer, which was making a terrible noise when turned on.
