 + 0 moreFrancisco had done my job's siliconized/elasomeric roof. It was great him having experince with elasomeric products since thats what we wanted in our property. He understands the application of the product and knows how to properly build the mill thickness of the product. Very knowledgeable individual for both roof coatings and architectual paints. A backyard shed was also painted but with regular 100% Acrylic paint and it looks beautiful. Overall- a good paint job consists of good preparation and Francisco and his crew sure know what they are soing.
Description of Work: Francisco and his crew prepared and painted the exterior of my apartment complex. There was several hairline cracks and he properly patched and took care of them with elastomeric patching materials. Finish product was done with newly introduced Enduralastic10 from Dunn Edwards. Great product out there for elasomeric finish.
