+ 2 moreHe spent a lot of time with me and was very helpful and courteous. I haven't done the job yet, but he explained the differences in the kinds of services he could provide and the options I have; including edges put on the driveway and French drains installed. By the time he was done I knew exactly what I wanted and how much it will cost. It is going to cost $125,000. He was very good and I plan on using him when I get the project started. He explained the different driveway materials I could use and the maintenance needed on the various materials; I think he went over and above. Originally I left a message on his answering machine and he called me back within two hours.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Alvarado Construction to pour 175-feet of concrete driveway 8-feet wide.

+ 2 moreEvery job he does is FAST. Amazingly fast! He is He is also very friendly, polite, professional, very reliable. His English is good, and he is a very likable fellow. His rates are good, and he will negotiate. I highly recommend him!
Description of Work: Alvarado Construction is essentially Conrado, a contractor and handyman who has done a number of construction and household work for us. He has filled in a door with drywall in our children's room, knocked down a wall, and painted the room, all within a weekend, by himself. And he did a fantastic job! He has broken up and hauled a large amount of concrete from our back yard (porch, steps) which he calls in help to do. He has poured a concrete lip on our driveway. He has put up drywall in our living room. I think he could probably do anything we asked him to do.
