+ -1 moreI called him and asked him if he could do some work for me. He said he didn't know when he could do it, that he was very busy. He said, in a rude tone, ''I bet you need me tomorrow.'' It seemed like he was too busy to help me.

+ -1 moreHE CAME OUT AND DID SOME REPAIRS TO ONE OF MY RENTALS AFTER THE TENANTS MOVED OUT. THERE WERE HOLES IN THE WALLS, MOLDING THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, AND SOME OTHER SMALL THINGS.
Description of Work: HE CAME OUT AND DID SOME REPAIRS TO ONE OF MY RENTALS. THE PREVIOUS TENANTS LEFT IT A MESS.
