ADVANCE TERMITE CONTROL

I paid for 3 checkups including the extermination but he never showed up for the last two. I had to sign up for another extermination and he showed up one time and didn't show up the rest of the time. He did my tile and floor in my bathroom, he told me he did a sloppy job so he said he would come back, this was two years ago and he never came back. He took kids off the street and made them do work without any training at all. I trust people too much. He is a crook. He would tell me he'd be back but wouldn't come.

They were punctual. They even explained the process of how they would treat and follow up to me. I'll use them in the future if needed.

I HAVE HAD SEVERAL TIMES WHERE I NEEDED THEM TO COME OVER. I HAVE CALLED A LOT AND THEY SHOWED UP LATE. THEY GAVE ME A TIME FRAME BETWEEN 4 TO 6 AND THE GUY CALLED ME AND SAID HE WAS COMING AN HOUR LATER. I RESCHEDULED AGAIN AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED. I CALLED AGAIN WHEN THEY WEREN'T THERE AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE TWO HOURS LATE. THE PROBLEM WAS MAKING THE APPOINTMENT AND THEN THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. THAT HAPPENED TWICE. NOTHING HAPPENED ABOUT IT UNTIL I CALLED THE OWNER.
