+ -1 moreI left an initial phone message and was called back within 10 minutes, so I thought we were off to a good start. An appointment was made for the following week to clean all of the carpeting in my house. When the appointment day arrived, no one showed up or called. I wasted an entire day waiting for them.
Description of Work: They did not show up for the appointment, so no work was performed.

+ -1 moreI'VE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM FOR PROBABLY THIRTY YEARS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ARE A LITTLE HIGHER PRICED THAN MOST, BUT I FEEL THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY.
Description of Work: THEY DID CARPET CLEANING.

GERARD WAS A VERY NICE WORKER. HE MADE SURE THAT EVERY INCH OF OUR CARPETS WERE WITHOUT ANY SPOTS OF DIRT.
Description of Work: A MAN BY THE NAME OF GERARD CAME AND REMOVED THE WATER FROM THE CARPET, CAUSED BY LEAKING. HE THEN SHAMPOOED AND RE-WASHED OUR CARPETS.
