I called Accurate Roofing out to look at a leak and also, since it had been a long time since the last new roof was put on, to get an estimate for that as well. Lee came out promptly and gave estimates for both. I signed up for the full re-roof, and the Angie's list coupon was honored with no problems. Lee set up the work for the following week, was onsite himself to get things started and then was back two days later after the on-time completion of the job to inspect. Excellent, professional crew. Highly recommended.

From the initial consultation, Lee arrived on time and was informative about the job to be done. Follow up quote/proposal came very quickly and as promised. On the day of the job the work showed up early and on time. Job was done in two days and during the job Lee communicated and updated me on what needed to be done. All the clean up was done, payments handled professionally and the garage roof looks great! I need to do the roof on my house now to match the garage and will definetly be calling Accurate Roofing to do the job. Great experience!

The company was very professional showed up when they said they would gave an estimate and overall above top notch. Workers arrived when they stated they would the amount of days were spot on for starting and completing the job. Started Sept 27th, 2012 and was completed on Oct 2nd, 2012 inspector was pleased with the work. The job foreman was spot on and made sure that everything was ready for the inspector before he arrived. The workers kept the place clean and neat at all times.

Lee was very professional and easy to do business with. He presented me with an estimate and then spoke with my son and answered all the questions he had about how the job would be done. After they started to remove the old roof it started raining so they covered the house until after the rain. After the rain stopped it took them some time to get started again and I was hoping they would just get it done. They came and worked half a day and got some more done but I was hoping for faster progress. I called Lee and after that his crew finished the job in two days. I was a little disappointed about the mess, caused from tearing off the old roof that was left in the garage, but after i called Lee he came over and cleaned everything to my satisfaction.

He was puntual and cordial. He did professional work at a fair price. I told him I would be recommneding him to my friends.

lee and his crew did an excellent job on my roof and made himself available at all times to answer any questions that i had or that my tenant had. they cleaned up and hauled away all debris inside and out. lee also took care of the permitting process and delt with the building inspector to bring job up to code/ A JOB WELL DONE, AND WOULD RECCOMEND ACCURATE ROOFING TO ANYONE THAT WANTS A JOB DONE RIGHT.

I obtained 4 roofing estimates from licensed roofers (some large, some smaller) and their price was better than all other roofing companies except for one roofer who did not seem to know what had to be done around the chimney. They also gave me a two-year warranty on labor and 30-year warranty on materials, a better warranty than the others. Even with their competitive price, the work was performed professionally and promptly. After completion of the work, they again showed me the work they performed. Throughout, they were responsive to telephone and e-mail inquiries. They also explained to me how to best take care of the roof over the long term. Based on the information I obtained from talking to three other roofing companies and a general contractor, I found Accurate Roofing's advice to be honest and practical, their price to be reasonable and overall the best choice in the South Bay area. We started looking for a roofing company after we had noticed leaks in our ceiling upstairs after the rain in early November. Three companies were selected from Angie's List and we decided to go with Accurate Roofing. Steve was very thorough and responsive and his price was significantly lower than the other bids. His guys did a very good job and cleaned up the job site after finishing. I held off on posting a review until after a good rain (just to make sure...) and we had no problems. Thanks Steve!

The owner and crew were dependable, on time and did quality work. The work was finished in the time quoted and I found them easy to work with. I will call on them again when our rental property needs a new roof.

They were very good. They were very prompt. They gave me advice on how to do it myself at a much lower price to save me money. I did the repair myself and it worked. They advised me on the materials and how to apply it so it saved me about $1,500 from having them do the work. They didn't charge to come out.

They were wonderful! They did a great job. They were very polite and clean. They cleaned up after themselves.

I was seeking a company to do some repairs on my parents roof. Not major repairs, just some minor leaks. They showed up for the quote when they said they would, got the quote to me in a timely fashion, and gave me a good estimate of how long it would take and when they could do the work. The price was the high end but I was looking for a company that I would not have any issues with and was willing to pay for it. They came to do the repairs when scheduled and were in and out in the time frame they quoted. After the repairs some issues came up on areas that fell into a gray area of the contract. I called them back to inspect some interior damage to the ceiling below where one of the repairs took place. There was damage to some drywall and a piece fell out of the ceiling. I asked the owner to return and look at it and he came a day earlier then we had scheduled. I was not present and he met with my parents telling them he would return in two days and fix the damage. He then contacted me later the same day and told me the damage was not covered and would not repair it. I acknowledge that the repair fell into a gray area and was probably not covered by his contract but I did not like that he told my elderly parents he would repair it and then told me he wouldn't. He then stated that I could probably get someone to fix it for about $50. The quote I have gotten from a painting/drywall firm is closer to $500. I had envisioned paying the premium price for his company to avoid issues like this. I have no issues with the quality of the work (although it has not rained since the repair) but the confusion would probably keep me from using him again.

Steve was great to work with. This was one of the first contractors I have hired who did what they said they were going to do. They were very professional and left the job site clean. I am very happy with finished roof. I would definitely refer to a friend.

The roofing project end results were executed well. The exterior roof looks great but my interior vault cathedral living room and loft ceilings are a debris, nail and bolts intruding eye sore. Now that I have your attention, Southern CA. had a rain storm the night my ceiling had no roof. Yes it rain in my living room, loft, garage and hobby shop. The contractor was very responsive that night a 1030p but the damage was already done. The next day the garage and hobby shop was cleaned by the contractor. Subsequent to that event a house cleaning crew was delayed three day which just added to the additional debris and dirt on the ceiling and walls in the living room and loft. The house cleaning crew did there best to clean the living room and loft walls and ceiling but the result was unsatisfactory. The next step was the contractor arranged to paint the walls and fix any holes in the living room ceiling and cleaning the ceiling. This effort was satisfactory. Over time as the roof settled debris, nails and bolts are intruded the living room ceiling. I had to hire a professional painting Co ( One way paint and design) to clean the ceiling and patch the new holes that appeared as the roof settles and to paint the exposed wood around the exterior of the new roof. I also had to hire a Aloha rain gutter service to clean and relevel the rain gutters. Both One way paint and design and Aloha Rain Gutter service had excellent reviews on Angies's list.

John from Accurate came out and did an inspection of a problem I had w/ a leaky skylight. He gave me two options, and explained the both very clearly to me - pros and cons (basically to replace the roof or do a 'tune-up'). I opted for the cheaper tune-up, and he got his crew out within a day or two. As for quality, the skylight doesn't leak anymore. Roofing is tough, because i didn't go up there and do a close visual inspection, so the proof comes over time. As of today, I'm very happy with the work, and very happy to have chosen this company.
