+ -1 moreI scheduled an appointment with a man from the company He was late for the appointment and did not call to say that he was running late. When I called him, he seemed surprised that we had an appointment but covered by saying he was running late. We spent about 30 minutes trouble shooting the problem and came up with 2 possible solutions. He said that he would email the estimate to us. I gave him 2 email addresses, mine and my husbands. After almost 2 months and several phone calls, I have never received an estimate from the company. Because it was sent to 2 computers, I can safely say that we never got the estimate.
Description of Work: Came out and looked at the property. Discussed the situation and gave recommendations as to what we should do to solve our heating/ac problem.

+ -1 moreVery well. Carlos who owns the company was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing.
Description of Work: The pumper on one of my furnaces was not working at full capacity. Carlos came and replaced it for $125. This was allot cheaper than the quote of $272 I was quoted by another A/C company.
