+ 0 moreThey arrived on time and their prices are reasonable. They were great to work with and I would recommend them to everyone. They gave us a quality product and we now never have to worry about running out of hot water.

+ -1 moreI WAS HORRIFIED BECAUSE THEY HAVE A SHOW UP FEE. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE COST OF WHAT THEY'RE GOING TO DO, YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY THAT SHOW UP FEE. THEY BID FOR SOMETHING THAT I WANTED AND IT WAS WAY OVERPRICED. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS BECAUSE MOST OF THEIR CLIENTS LIVE IN BEVERLY HILLS, AND THEY CAN AFFORD IT.
Description of Work: THEY SHOWED UP AND COULDN'T DO IT. I WAS OUTRAGED AT THE PRICE BECAUSE THE PRICE WAS FOR DOING NOTHING.

+ -1 moreHE IS VERY PUNCTUAL, HE DOES GOOD QUALITY WORK, AND HE IS PRICED RIGHT. IT SEEMS THAT WHAT HE DOES WORKS. MY EXPERIENCE IS THAT HE INDEED IS ALWAYS THERE FOR HIS CLIENTS, AND USUALLY PLUMBING WORK WITH ME ISN'T PREDICTABLE, SO HIS WILLINGNESS TO COME AT A MOMENT'S NOTICE IS IMPORTANT.
Description of Work: HE PUT IN A GARBAGE DISPOSAL.
