A Good Sort

Olwen made time for my family on very short notice. She organized us and got us ready for a remodeling project. We will have her back again for the unpacking when the remodel is complete. She is always punctual, helpful, and very resourceful.

Using Owlen from A Good Sort for the second time around, and we loved her and her work just as much as the first time! We did some remodeling of our home so we needed help reorganizing, decluttering, and organizing the new spaces. She even helped us with furniture suggestions that we can double as storage. 5 stars!

We have been using A Good Sort for many years .they set up a great file system a few years ago , that they helped pull back into shape recently due to no one being in my home for a free years due to the pandemic. Also working on several other home projects, one being clearing a guest bedroom for multiple usage .they are always professional ,on time , great service with a smile . Can't recommend highly enough. Excellent. Good to know some service providers show up on time and A Good Sort showed up early. Great service , and excellent communication skills ! After all the stress of dealing with the company about the leak in my closet , what a joy to have a professional take care of things properly ! it is wonderful to have someone come into your home and take care of every detail so I didnt have to think about any of it. And honestly, Olwen thought of lots of extra things to enhance my closet space too. My closet has never looked so good . Hiring them again very soon for other home projects !

Excellent! Olwen is so pleasant and knows exactly how to organize everything from closets to kitchen to bathrooms, and garages! She works tirelessly to put everything in order , so you can see what you have. She also helped me to sort through things I had not used in years, and then took the discarded treasures to a wonderful non-profit. It was such a great joy to have her help me declutter. Very happy with my service. Olwen was prompt, accommodating, patient and organized. After a weekend of madness moving back into our house which is still under construction, I had a pile of clothes on the closet floor and she helped me organize it in such a few hours. We’ve hired Olwen a few times over the years and find her organization and decluttering skills immensely valuable. She’s always prompt and prepared to take on many varied home organization projects. She’s also very well connected to resources including donation sites, movers, etc. In addition, she has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Olwen was amazing! Hard working! We left her with a huge walk in closet and a garage that I felt was an impossible task. The closet had 150 pounds of laundry piled on the floor, the garage was totally a room where contents of an old warehouse were literally dumped. Olwen and her associate , edited, sorted, labeled, classified and straightened every last item. When the owners returned from Europe, they were ecstatic! I’m quite sure her magic saved the relationship. If you want your closet to look like a store and easy to function in ; Olwen is your girl! The garage was amazingly in order after Olwen’s visit! Olwen Turtle with A Good Sort is absolutely delightful!! She is a super organizer and goes non-stop. She’s respectful of your time and shows up early and totally prepared. This lady is not only incredibly fast and efficient, she also doesn’t need to be guided in every aspect, she sees the need and fills it!!! I never had to ask, when she finished one portion of the project and I was occupied, she just started organizing what she found around her and I LOVED it! I’m still benefiting from her super skills! I was going through my makeup bags and she had organized them so beautifully, it was so easy to find what I was looking for. I hired Olwen to work on my storage units first and we spent 8 hours straight (with an hour break for lunch of course) and some breaks here and there but she helped me pull almost all of the items from the storage into organized sections that we all went through to determine what could go to charity and what we were keeping, etc. She then helped us put it all back together in a very easily accessible organized fashion. I had some brawn but she also comes with reliable muscle to help. I loved her work so much I hired her the following week to help me in my apartment when I moved to Canada! Olwen is friendly, super tidy, has a wonderful energy and is the best organizer I’ve ever worked with! (And I’m pretty organized) it was like there were two of ME there!! A Good Sort should be renamed A Great Sort. Owlen is a miracle worker! I just moved into a new house and was feeling completely overwhelmed with the idea of unpacking and organizing my years and years of clutter. Owlen rolled up her sleeves and got right down to business. She transformed my mess into an organized haven that I know I will be able to maintain. She listened to my needs and concerns and came up with creative solutions to all my organizational/space problems. When my husband came home, he couldn't believe his eyes! We hired Olwen to help my husband organize his home office. She did an amazing job in a time efficient manner. She asked the right questions to determine his needs and acted on his requests. We live close to an office supply store so she offered to go there with us to get the exact size/appropriate containers and folders to assure that a new system would be effective. Little things she suggested, such as purchasing a label maker added to helping my husband become and remain more organized. Olwen is a good listener and a pleasure to work with. Olwen has been a dream to work with! It was clear instantly upon meeting her that she knows her stuff, organization wise. And she's patient, and nonjudgemental. I think that's hugely important when you let someone in your home, and they see all of the untidy bits of yourself. She helped me sort through several areas of my home, and gave me great suggestions on how to stay organized and create a more stress-free environment for my partner and I. Our place looked so much better after she left. We're still in the middle of our organization project, but I very much look forward to working with Olwen again. I can not express how well spent my time with Olwen Turtle went! First off, I called her in October 2020 which was way too early, as we did not end up moving until late March of 2021. After the dust settled and I had unpacked, I realized I was not at all happy with the way I had set up my kitchen. I was anxious to get at least the kitchen boxes emptied but the final result made me very unhappy! Time to call Olwen. I wasn't sure how it was going to go, but I knew I needed help. I could not have been happier, nor pleased with her work!! She has a wonderful eye for decluttering and how to arrange things. I was thrilled as to how all of my bar glasses, china, and kitchen drawers and cabinets were reworked. She not only organized my kitchen, but also redid my laundry room, dresser, one of my closets, bathrooms, and gave wonderful suggestions for additional areas. I will recommend Olwen and continue to use her as necessary, because in my opinion, she is worth every cent! I, and my husband agrees, that I am extremely disorganized. When he came home after 8 hours, even he, who is hyper-organized, was thrilled with Olwen's work. I look forward to a long relationship with Olwen Turtle!!
