+ -1 moreThey did a lot of trimming for a fair price. Our palm trees are very tall. My husband had to loan them a ladder to even get to a place where they could attach their ropes. I was surprised they didn't have their own ladders. The trees look nice. They also trimmed our hedge in our backyard, in addition to 5 fruit trees. My husband says they were pretty rough with the trees, but they took care not to ruin his vegetable garden, which was next to the trees and hedge. He was pleased that his garden remained intact. They showed up on time on the day they said they would come. The workers spoke no English so my husband had to hand gesture a lot. They even hauled away huge logs from a dead tree that they originally said they couldn't take.
Description of Work: Trimmed really tall palm trees in front yard. Trimmed hedges and 5 fruit trees in backyard.

+ -1 moreTHE CREW ONLY SPOKE SPANISH. THEY BROKE SPRINKLER PIPES, BUT I UNDERSTOOD THAT. I HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER CREW BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL CREW DID NOT STUMP THE TREE LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. I HAVE CALLED AND CALLED THEM. THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. I E-MAILED THEM, AND THEY DID NOT RESPOND. I WANT THEM TO COME BACK AND STUMP THE TREE. I PAID THEM $900, AND NOW I HAVE TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE.
Description of Work: THEY CUT DOWN A HUGE PINE TREE AND TOOK OUT ROOTS AND STUMPED IT.

+ -1 moreWELL I HAVE ONLY HAD THEM OUT ONCE. THEY SHOWED UP AND DID THEIR WORK AND I DIDN'T TALK TO THEM. THEY JUST TRIMMED AND LEFT AND THAT WAS IT. EVERYTHING TURNED OUT FINE.
