Great. They were on time and communicative throughout the process. They were respectful, and careful to keep our house clean.

911 has been great! Our hot water heater went out late afternoon on Monday and Greg was at our house by six to check it out. The first thing he did when he got there was to put on protective shoe covers to keep from dirtying our floors - that's consideration! We agreed that the water heater was dead, and he gave me a replacement estimate on the spot. He even took off 10% off to help me out. They couldn't replace it that evening, but their office called first thing the next morning to give me a four hour window for the appointment. They were true to their word. The office called again when Greg was twenty minutes away, and he and Gary showed up right in the middle of the window. Within two hours they drained the old heater, picked up the new unit and installed it, as well as new water/gas supply lines. They were very courteous the entire time and never strayed from the original estimate. I put as high a value on responsibility as I do on competence, and 911 has offered me both. I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to others!

Vic and Able are awesome! They are very professional, prompt, honest, and knowledgable hard workers. You are in good hands with these guys. I don't write many yelp reviews unless I am moved to do so, and these guys I highly recommend for any plumbing issues.

Mike and Greg came out within a few hours of calling and gave us a free estimate on replacing washer hookups, snaking drains and replacing wax ring seal on a toilet. They were quick, thorough and friendly. Once we agreed on a date for the work they were very accommodating, as we just had a baby days before. When Mike came to do the work he was ready to rock. He walked me through the process, then got to work, updating me as he went. The work was great, Mike ruled it, and we've been washing baby clothes at break-neck pace. Thanks guys!

Vic was great. He was pleasant, courteous, and walked us through the issues with our plumbing so we understood the scope of his work. Our kitchen sink was always clogging and it wasn't in the immediate area. I think the clog was located in the main line. Vic showed my husband the pipe that was the culprit. He cleaned out the drain which was 50% clogged and fixed the leaking pipe that ran on the exterior edge of the house. It had cracked and had leaked all over our stairs. Vic was able to do all the work within 2 hours! I also asked him a question about our bathroom sink and the shower diverter which wasn't working. He cleaned out the drain and loosened the diverter pull for us and now it works again. I think it's great that they can come after regular business hours. It's so convenient for people with working schedules. The operator who answered our call was also very pleasant. She explained the process and confirmed our information twice so there were no mixed signals. I appreciate her being thorough.

We had a brand new shower setup that had an issue in the volume control knob such that the shower would not shut off. We called 911 Plumbers on a sunday to get it taken care of, and they arrived about 30 minutes later. Kevin was prompt, courteous and professional, for the Sunday 24/7 diagnostic price ($225) he found the problem in the volume assembly. He happened to have the appropriate replacement cartridge part in his truck, so for only the additional cost of the part he replaced it and solved our problem. We'd have preferred not have plumbing issues on a Sunday, but they really came to rescue.

These Guys impressed me. I work in West Hollywood out of my Bosses Home. I've had to get different services for him here- Cable, Plumbing, Contractors, Electricians, Air Conditioning Tech's... all sorts. My boss has hardwood floors, so we don't wear shoes inside. These guys were not even asked- they got to the door and from their pockets took out shoe covers- AWESOME! I called and was able to have their team out the same day in a few hours. Their price was extremely reasonable- we expected to pay a lot more. They unclogged the restroom sink, fixed the clogged garbage disposal and dishwasher and adjusted the kitchen faucet. Vic and Greg thanks Guys! I'll also note the intake person was informative and friendly and called me prior to the team coming to the location- I appreciate the communication. I am definitely keeping this companies contact information and bookmarking them.

They showed up on time. Had the correct fixtures. Were timely, neat and cleaned up after themselves. Friendly. Will use them again in the future. Fantastic attitude. Competitive price. Organized. This is their 2nd time to do work for me. Met them through my insurance company and will advise my insurance company to recommend them 1st to all their customers in the future. On time!
