Description of Work: I needed handrails on a new front porch. 5 Star gave the lowest estimate for over 30 feet of wrought iron and powder coated railings. Installation was fast and the new railings are very strong and look great.

Description of Work: I had a driveway gate that had been hit and bent and would not roll anymore. It was also missing a few pickets along the way. To replace the entire thing would have been out of my budget and after having a couple of other quotes, even just to fix the broken area was out of my budget. 5 Star came out, used as much of the old material as could be used and repaired and painted the gate within a day. Pricewise, nothing came close. the only complaint I have is that a lot of trash was left behind - neatly in a pile, but still I had to haul it out of there. For half the cost of other options, I didn't mind too much.

 + -1 moreI called on a Thursday, and they came out on a Saturday morning promptly at 10 AM. By 10:10 the gate was fixed. They didn't want to accept money but I gave them some cash anyway. They were great guys, very courteous and professional.
Description of Work: We have a wrought iron gate that was sticking so badly you could barely open and close it. They gave the gate more room to operate by shaving down some bolt heads that the gate was rubbing against when closed.

He came immediately for the estimate, and when he could not supply the detail that we wanted from his own workshop, he scouted around until he found what we wanted. The people in the office are responsible and I always knew that when I called, the message would get through. They delivered on time and we got exactly what we asked for with efficient installation.
