+ -1 moreMy computer works wonderfully since this store cleaned it out. I went to another store in my area, and they wanted me to pay twice as much for the same job. The store clerk who took my order was friendly and professional with me. He called me a day or so later to let me know my computer was ready for pickup. He seemed very knowledgeable. I had questions about other aspects of my computer (memory, durability) which he answered clearly and promptly. This is my second time to use this company's services. I would use them again.
Description of Work: My computer was shutting down automatically due to overheating. This happens every year and a half or so because of buildup of crud in the fan and cooling system. I wanted them to clean out the system.

+ -1 moreGluing back the rubber pad was a small thing that meant a lot to me. The repairman didn't give a second thought to doing this small job for me. I forget the name of the guy who helped me in the store, but he was very helpful and professional.
Description of Work: My computer fan and heatsink were dirty. This was causing my computer to overheat and turn off automatically. They did a fine job of cleaning it. Also they glued back a loose rubber pad (one of four that keep the laptop stable on a level surface) free of charge.
