I feel I was scammed. I think this is a bad company. They put a 24 hour lock smith sticker with their phone number near my apartment's lock. Someone broke a key off in the lock so I called the number that was on a sticker on the gate. This locksmith company said it would cost $15 service fee and $25 to remove the stuck key so said ok. A guy claiming to be the locksmith called me right back and said it would cost $150. I said the most I would pay is $80 because I could just go buy a new lock for $45, but I would have to make about 30 keys and pass them out to everyone so we agreed on $80 after much negotiation. He sounded very manipulative and hard to understand his language but I tried not to judge. After about 2 hours he did'nt seem like he knew what he was doing and took apart the lock all into a bunch of peices on the ground that he could not get back together. He got the key out and said, since he got the key out, like I asked him too, I owe him $80. So I said I will pay him to avoid a conflict but told him I would call the company and complain. I called the company and it was a different shift but the lady said she would talk to her boss. I never got a call back from the company. I took pictures of the locksmith and his car and licence plate and the stick just incase you want to post this business so others don't get scammed out of money and time like I did.
