Description of Work: Called to ask about bringing our broken front door handle in for repair after getting an estimate elsewhere for $75-$125, depending on parts needed. Spoke with Laurie, who asked what kind of lock I had and where we'd purchased it. She immediately recognized the problem as requiring replacement, not repair, and suggested we contact the manufacturer. We did, and will be sent a replacement part, for free. She offered her excellent advice, knowing full well that we probably wouldn't require the services of a locksmith as a result. Based on her honesty, knowledgability, and overall professionalism, I would definitely use this company.
