Description of Work: This was an interstate move. The local folks from Professional movers did a fantastic job in packing everything. The only issue was the national chain they partnered with to do the trucking and unloading were terrible. They called my in my new state at 3:30pm the day before my morning unload and said they couldn't find any local help to unload and I couldn't unload the next day. The was rude too. I got on the phone with Professional Movers and they called the management of the national chain and solved the problem. I wouldn't hesitate using them for local Bay Area moves, but if they want to refer you to another moving company, Just say no!
