+ -1 moreThey worked well and kind of professionally. They walk you through things and didn't mind if you asked them questions on what might exist on the contract. The only thing I could think negatively of is when they made a mistake with the escrow payment such that we had to run around at the last minute and give an extra payment. Their price was fine and they were very responsive.
