 + -1 moreThis builder removed my vines and bushes from the fence separating my property from the property where he was constructing a house. This was done without any warning while I was away. The vines and bushes and vine supports attached to the fence were very badly damaged and the result was an unsightly mess. Months later, without any warning to me or another neighbor who was impacted, the builder tore down that same fence in order to replace it. This was a shocking and distressing experience for both me and my neighbor. Although the builder later apologized, it was obvious this only happened as a result of my neighbor's complaint.
Description of Work: This builder constructed a new house adjacent to my property.
