+ -1 moreThe person I dealt with was very responsive, accommodating, and he never refused to show me a house I was interested in. He was more than happy to help and was never tired of showing me homes. He did a very good job. This was my first home purchase, and I had a lot of questions. He answered all my questions. He was always available. After I purchased the house also he was available to answer my questions. He gave me a lot of information on different things like painting the house or remodeling it.
Description of Work: I recently bought a house and my brokers were Intero Real Estate Service.

+ -1 morePretty smoothly. Anna helped us through the entire process. Her husband Earl was really wonderful with helping us get contractors and following up with them to make certain the job was done in preparation for staging our house for sale. Anna is personable, professional and hard-working!
Description of Work: Anna was our realtor for both our sale of our home and purchase of a new home. Her services are rendered for the Standard California rate of 3%. The seller of the house pays 6% of the purchase cost , 3% to the buyer's realtor and 3% to the seller's realtor.
