I contacted Mark Zarzycki to do some work on programming my RF remote for my home entertainment system. As I usually get home late, I needed him to do the work in the evening. He was very accommodating and agreed to come to my home after work. When he arrived it was clear that he had worked on many systems, and knew my remote model well. He took the time required to do the programming that I asked - all in under one hour. He was very pleasant and helpful and I would call him again for any future programming needs.
