 + -1 moreWe sold our house through them and had sort of a difficult issue with our financing. Dawn McClelland was our agent. We had a loan through Stanford University and it was a little complicated and had issues with the payoff amount. They worked through that and were diligent and cleared up any issues to make sure it got paid off properly. They did a great job. Dawn was very amiable with anything that we did. When we had to sign the papers for the new house my husband was out of town and they got me power of attorney, so I was able to sign all the papers. They walked me through everything and helped me when I didn't understand something. There were some bumps in the road but everything was professionally handled.
Description of Work: We used Chicago Title Company. We just sold and purchased a new home in September.
