Description of Work: This was the builder for the home I purchased. Since the date of purchase, we have had to perform major work to correct problems with the landscaping, problems with the plumbing, problems with an incorrectly mounted air conditioning unit. Damage to cabinetry which had occurred before sale was eventually repaired, mostly due to the good work of his cabinet designer/installer. Despite multiple phone calls to correct a flawed fireplace surround, including my making multiple trips to select and reserve pieces of stone for replacement, the job was never completed. Mr. Shaw'spersonality is that of a very pleasant man, but I would never hire him for any further work on this home.
