Dane and his crew were fantastic! Dane came over on a Saturday morning, gave us an instant quote, was very responsive to any questions and started the job the day after our tile arrived from the east coast. His crew was very meticulous and even suggested a slight design improvement which we really liked. Couldn t be happier with the finished product and would definitely use Dane again.

Great experience - Dane was very easy to work with and very accommodating with any changes needed. Job was a upgrade of old shower - Dane explained all steps needed and timeline for each step. All steps were completed within timeline - no lag time which was great. When old shower door was removed a minor hole was put in wall. Hole was was not only repaired but room was also painted - can't get better than that. Will have Westby 4 Homes upgrade second bathroom.

Dane was very knowledgeable about our stone, and tile selection. His input on care in longevity of our granite along with recommendations to complete our vision made the install an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Westby for Homes.

They knew exactly what the technical issues were at every step of the way, informing us was what needed and keeping us up to date in real time as the project proceeded. Examples of quality service: They most â unexpectedâ issues, and when something new did appear we always found good solutions. They were accommodating to our needs and flexible to our preferences once the project was in progressâ sensitive and responsive to what was important to us. Dana Westby was great , up front with cost and any extras needed. Dana totally renovated my 60 year old bathroom,. His team was great, plumbing (Plumber Works) and Tile installer. Couldn't be more pleased with all their work,

Lack of communication, had to take 3 days off of work because Dane didn t have sick ready, mismatched countertops. Asked me to go to go to Home Depot to buy another sick because he said his was scratched! Caulking failed the first week, failed to make that appointment too! Overall the installers were decent but the scheduling was missed several times, Dane never called when he was supposed to, I had to chase him down. Dane is a nice enough guy but I wouldn t hire him again.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Dane communicated with us every step of the way. Will definitely use them again. We highly recommended using Dane and his team.

Dane was great—so easy to work with, good communication, always prompt, reliable and attentive to all my concerns and issues. We love our countertop and appreciate how quickly and efficiently Dane and his team made it happen.

I wish I could recommend this company. I was very hopeful based on the communication before the job, but was very disappointed by the communication, the quality of the work, and follow through in general. There were motivating promises ahead of time, but the story changed after the work was done - excuses, blaming the granite, etc. They put us in a no win situation with neighbors because of poor communication. We had 10 plus hours of clean up - using razor blades to scrape off caulking or glue, whatever it was on the granite. The directions given by Westby4Homes about sealing were in contradiction to what the sealant manufacturer eventually told us. All in all, I found Dane pleasant as a salesperson, but not helpful at all when problems showed up. I can't recommend.

Dane and his team were extremely helpful and made the entire process a smooth one. Dane met with us to select our quartz countertops and gave great advice on where we could save money while achieving our desired design. He was a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend his company!

Workers were always on time and when they left for the day, they were so clean, we never knew they had been there.
