Wahls Uphosltery

I went to the store to pick out fabric. They told me it would take 2 weeks to get the swatches. I called them four times and they wouldn't return my calls at all. I chose not to use them and took my business elsewhere. From the way things look, they do much better on repairs for auto and boat, not furniture.

I took my couch cushions in to have the foam replaced. The young lady said to leave them and they would be ready the next day after 3pm. She did not give me any receipt so they must be trying to avoid paying taxes. When I went to pick them up the next day they were not ready since they were out of foam and they had to order it. The young lady told me again they would be ready the next day. When I returned the next day two of the three cushions (I realized after I got home) were noticed to be firm as expected, but the third cushion had a much softer foam that looked old. I returned the cushion the next day and the young lady said to leave it and it would be ready the next day. She didn't even seem to be sorry for giving me the wrong foam. When I notified the lady that there were many negative comments on the web about their business she had the nerve to say it didn't matter since " you just can't please everyone". When I got the third cushion back the cushion was still a little softer than the other two, but I can live with it. I just didn't want to put up with the gal's attitude. In all I had to go back to the shop three times instead of once. No apologies......nada!
