They were very professional and nice.. They picked up our loveseat and even offered to keep it while we were going to be out of town. They had to take a little more time than they though to finish, and contacted us right away. They were still very timely with the entire project. Loved the work that was done and would definitely recommend and use again!

Great selection in materials. They picked up the loveseat and returned it on time. Did a nice job on recovering it. I am pleased with it. Gave a discount for paying in cash vs. credit card.

Excellent work, nice and neat. The club chair looks great and is in better condition due to new springs, etc. The price was half the amount quoted by another shop. The work was completed on time and all inter-action with staff was very pleasant. I highly recommended this shop. In fact, I am taking another piece of furniture in for new fabric.

You must visit their showroom to choose fabric, but as soon as we started the in-home visit (measurement and pricing) I was thrilled. The consultant was extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic about quality and style and suggested refinements that improved the result. The furniture was returned ahead of schedule, everything looks great, and the price was fair. They are prompt and polite and I recommend them without hesitation.

They were awesome! They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job! They matched the leather couch with vinyl; it came out perfectly! The furniture looks just beautiful!

The work was excellent. They guided me in the right direction, and I had no complications at all. The only complication was actually with the fabric company; it was not their fault. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Wahl's Reupholstery was very easy to work with. I went to their shop to pick out material. I selected a dark brown vinyl (that looked and felt basically like leather to me). I then emailed photos of the sofa and chair to them, and they emailed back to me an estimate of the labor and number of yards of fabric I would need. I then had to go back to the shop to put down the deposit ($800) and sign the invoice. Then I just waited. Their process is to wait to pick up the furniture until after the fabric has come in. But I needed to get all the furniture out of my house because I was also refinishing the floors. So after nearly a week I called them to ask if they could pick up the furniture early. Wahl's was very accommodating; they came to my house and picked up the furniture. Two weeks later they called to say the work was done and to arrange to bring the completed pieces back. They were very flexible and I was able to schedule the day and time that worked for me. The completed sofa and chair look great.

Excellent. The cushions on my rattan sofa a uniquely shaped, and I couldn't find replacements anywhere, so I had recovered them myself many years ago. It took me so long to complete them that I HAD to find someone to do it this time. Wahl's Reupholstery was highly recommended on Angie's List, and has lots of fabric samples, but I wanted outdoor fabric in a leaf pattern that is apparently not in fashion any longer. I asked if I could bring in my own fabric if I found it online. They were perfectly okay with this. The order was finished in about a week, and I am extremely pleased with the results. I will definitely use them again!

I brought in after work and they were ready the next afternoon. I was told if I brought in early AM that they would be done the same PM. With the quick turn-around there was mininal inconvenience. I have definitely extended the life of my sofa for a relatively small amount of money. They have a large area for upholstery and a separate area for auto. I will definitely use again and will recommend to my friends.

Punctual - no problems

Outstanding! We bought fabric from Ethan Allen but we didn't want to wait 4 weeks to get our chairs back. Wahl's quoted less than a week turnaround at almost half the cost. Our chair seats were ready the same day!! They added foam, and the chairs look beautiful. We would definitely use Wahl's again and we highly recommend them.

The leather replacement was perfect in that it matched the color of the old leather and was compatible with the room decor. Unfortunately, the broken recliner part was out of production and could not be replaced.

THEIR QUALITY OF WORK IS GOOD, BUT THEIR TIMELINESS IS ON THE POOR SIDE. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES. THEY ALSO MISS THEIR DELIVERY DATES.
