+ -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT 2 OR 3 TIMES TO RETREAT THE WATER STAINED AREA WITHOUT CHARGING ME EXTRA UNTIL THE STAIN WAS GONE. THE CARPETS LOOKED MUCH BETTER WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
Description of Work: CLEANED THE CARPETS IN MY ENTIRE HOUSE INCLUDING STAIRS AND TREATED A WATER STAINED AREA.

+ -1 moreTHIS CARPET CLEANER IS GREAT. HE CAME BACK AND RECLEANED AND RETREATED WHEN WE THOUGHT THE PET ODOR WAS NOT COMPLETELY GONE. HE'S RELIABLE AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT GIVES HIS HONEST OPINION ON WHAT HE THINKS HE CAN DO AND NOT DO.
Description of Work: ALL OF THE CARPETS IN MY HOUSE WERE CLEANED. ONE OF THE ROOMS WAS TREATED FOR PET ODOR PROBLEMS AND AN ODOR TREATMENT WAS DONE IN OTHER ROOMS.
