Hector and his crew were excellent, reliable and finished the job (including the additional repairs we needed) earlier than originally quoted. Prices were more than fair. They also worked around the neighborhood schedule so others were happy without all the noise. We were very happy and would recommend them to others.

Showed up on time. The only sub that has for this whole project. Did the work plus removed items that were not in the contract. Kept me informed of the progress and suggested what to do to make the roof last. Very professional and fast.

Hector Lopez, the owner, is intelligent and honest. I really like the guy, and trust him. The work he did seemed expensive for what it is but I really don't have anything to compare it to. Still, I would choose to spend a little more and know it is being done properly. He used torch down material to repair our rock roof because he says it holds better than doing a hot mop repair. He also does hot mop roofs, which we will probably need to do in 5-7 years. I'll start saving now!

They came out to inspect, Got an estimate/quote back in 1 day. it was around $200 - $300 less than other quotes. They scheduled that same week, even showed up early than schedule. they were done within a few hours. cleaned up. Workers were very friendly and polite and honest. Did not try to sell me any work I didn't need. (Yet) ..... they did give me a few suggesting but nothing that had needed immediate repair. Overall an excellent experience and I will recommend them to anyone at any time They also stepped up in short notice and offered to do an inspection on a home my daughter is looking to buy .... This is the way to do Business and create happy "Returning" customers

I was very happy with Roofer Hero. Of the 4 companies I called, only they could come the next morning. The other companies talked about replacing the roof. Roofer Hero found broken tiles, which I knew existed and replaced them as well as fixing the leak area. Reasonable price. Very professional and personable. I would recommend them and use them again.

It went well. They tried to work around our schedules. The hammering became oppressive, but maybe that was because it was at the same time as July 4th. They passed city inspection and the materials they used seemed good quality. The roof does not leak.

This company was on time everyday, the quoted start and finish times for the project where met. They are courteous, responsible, professional and we'll presented. They didn't leave a mess behind, kept an open communication at all times and dint come back with a price hike. Very smooth transaction and recommend to all.

They started on a Thursday, so asked permission from us to work both Saturday and Sunday. We were very pleased with their professionalism and work. They also kept us informed throughout the entire process- from the proposal stage by educating us on the different technologies and options, during the service by updating us on progress, and to completion with notification of final inspection from the city. I would certainly recommend their services and will use them again as needed.
