+ -1 moreWe had such a good experience with Joe's premuim painting that we hired them 15 years later and nothing has changed. They do incredible work. we hired them to paint the inside and outside of our home. It looks incredible and has added a higher quality of life to our family. They are not the cheapest but they are competitive and the quality of work is so worth it. Pancho is the best. He and his staff truly care about their work. They have been in the business for a long time and they have not changed in their work ethic. I can personally vouch for that. Use them before they are booked up.

I value the fact that they signed a contract outlining and protecting both of our interests. The contract was at my request based upon my experience first owning a house 30 years ago and my efforts during my work-day.
Description of Work: Joe's crew painted the exterior of our house working with us to carefully select the product to be used and the color.

Description of Work: Power washed entire house. Sanded and painted 20x14 wood patio cover, two wood gates, and several areas of wood trim. Joe's crews missed two scheduled appointments before finally showing up. Work was completed on time (one day) and professionally, with one major exception. A few weeks after the painting, I discovered that they neglected to paint the top surface of the patio cover, which was the area most in need of new paint. Joe's crew returned and completed the job at no additional charge. But they should have done it right the first time.

+ -1 moreI was very impressed with their work! Their costs were in line with the other estimates that I received. They are hard workers and they do great prep work. I was very pleased with their services. They didn't waste any time. When they were here, they worked quickly and hard. When they left, the work was clean and nice. Joe even came back and completed a small repair for me caused from a different company after the job was complete at no cost at all. He has great customer service and went above and beyond.
