HARRY'S ROOTER & PLUMBING

I truly don't remember the problem. I use them exclusively. They're responsive, they're certainly a neighborhood business and I like to support that. They have done without exception very, very, good in all categories. The workers are very good, very professional, very good at providing information. I've used them many times.

Call early in the morning and Steve came out within a couple of hours. He gave me the option to go get a new part myself and saved a little and call him back for installation which I did and he came out to finish the job the next morning.

Steve, the plumber who worked on our drains, was excellent. He explained everything as he went, was extremely professional and courteous, and very neat. I was very surprised that the price was so reasonable. I had expected much higher due to the work involved and the time it took to make sure everything was done correctly. I would definitely use this plumber again.

Service is great. When you call Harry's Plumbing you might get referred to a different person, but still under the Harry's Plumbing company. Called Harry's, then Brandon called back and Ryan showed up to do the work. All great people.

Had a main line clogged due to roots. Company was available to send someone out for same day service, fixed my problem, and the technician who helped me was great. Prompt w/in our appointment time, knowledgable and didn't rush in fixing my clog.Still happy a happy customer though.

The plumber was professional and seemed competent. I decided to hire a different plumber simply based on bottom- line price, however I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Harry came over promptly as planned, examined and assessed our problem with video backup explaining what was needed, and not, and why. He took care of our problem right then and there to our complete satisfaction.

He repaired the clogged toilet, replaced one of the plungers in one of the bathroom and repaired a couple faucets. He didn't leave a mess when he was done and laid down a blanket to protect the floors.

Punctual, same morning. Professional and friendly. Worked till job was done (about 2 hours!)

Showed up on time. Worked diligently to solve the problem. Professional and knowledgeable.

We have used him on several occasions, he is very honest, thorough and have recommend him others.

We live in a older house and have had some intermit ant issues with our drains clogging. Last night it was our kitchen drain that is tied to the sink and dishwasher. I looked on Angie's list and called a plumber and got a voice mail. I left a message and since it was not an emergency I did not expect a call back until this morning. So I went about my nightly routine and took my dog for a walk. On the walk I ran into Harry and got to talking to him and realized he was a plumber by trade. I asked if he might be able to get me someone out early and he assured me I could have some one at my house by 8am. At 07:50 my doorbell rang. Steve, was very professional and I pointed him in the direction of the clogged drain and he got right to work. He took a bit longer than expected but I felt that he did all he could to make sure that the drain was good an clear. He checked out the plumbing under the sink to make sure everything was clear and tightened down. I was very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Harry's to my friends and neighbors.

I am very well satisfied. The cleaning was $120 and the camera was an extra $100. He determined where the roots were so he is coming back after the first of the year to repair the sewer line. He came very quickly. He came within an hour or two after I called. It was kind of difficult to clear but he did in a very timely manner. He was a very nice guy. He was excellent. I would absolutely use him again.

I recently installed a garbage disposal and was having issues with some water stuck in the pipe and was not venting properly. It took a phone call to Harry to see if he could come down and assist me. He told me how to fix the problem over the phone, he could have easily come down do the simple procedure and charge me, but he is honest and truly helpful. The next time I called him, he actually drove 20 minutes to my home and saw the issue, said he could do it, but if I'm capable I could just do it myself and save some money. Wow, this is a first for me. My experience with plumbers has always been negative as they are quick to charge for every little thing. Harry will get my paid business one of these days!

When I first called the office at around 9:00 am they told me they might have someone available around 1 p.m. but would call me if they had someone available sooner. Within 5 minutes they called me back and someone came within 30 minutes. A young man named Logan snaked the backyard drain and then brought in another snake to clean the inside line. However, after running the water for several minutes he told me I just saved $35 because he wouldn't have to run the snake inside after all. God bless honest people.

We were fortunate to have a timely response to an emergency. It was a great relief.

Harry's was recommended by my neighbor. Numerous attempts to clean out the dryer vent were unsuccessful, until my husband discovered the circuitous path of the vent (from dryer to wall vent; down vent under a bathtub and finally venting outside.) We had even spent $130 (sears dryer warranty renew) to be told that the dryer works and the vent needed to be cleaned out. Jeff arrived on time and knew exactly the problem. He proceeded to fix our problem and show me the tools he used and where I could purchase them for future DIY. Very nice, very professional. Also called them back for shutoff valve replacement and in very near future, toilet replacement. I highly recommend.

I called on Saturday morning and within an hour a very nice man named Brandon showed up and rooted out the clog.

When the sink began to drain slowly I employed some DIY techniques and made the matter much worse. When it would no longer drain at all my son and husband took the drain apart and I had managed to move the stoppage down the pipe and into the pipe in the wall and who knows how much beyond. We called Harry, whom we have used at least 3 times before, and he arrived within a couple of hours and fixed it all. He was courteous and professional and didn't even comment on my work!

I called at noon. The plumber arrived right on time at 2:30 pm and he diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Plumber was very courteous.

My neighbor had actually had actually recommended them to me. Harry is very honest and is very good. He has quick response as when I would call them they would generally come out the same day. He has a couple people working for him and his workers are very friendly.

IT WAS VERY GOOD, I WAS VERY PLEASED, AND I WOULD CERTAINLY HAVE THEM BACK AGAIN. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH, HE DID A LITTLE BIT MORE THEN I NEEDED, AND WHEN I NEEDED SOMETHING ELSE CHECKED, HE DID IT FOR ME. HE WAS VERY CLEAN AND PLEASANT.
