+ -1 moreThey provided same day service and at a very reasonable price. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was done in no time. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. Rob also explained everything to me before he began the work and I was certainly glad he didn't "push" additional repairs.
Description of Work: This company was sent by Home Depot as their contractor.

+ -1 moreThey were suppose to come out on Friday, Aug 29 but they said they didn't have enough help, so we had to reschedule the appointment. They ended up coming out today, 9/2. The owner who came out to look at the door and he screamed at me. He saw the door from the outside, and he went inside the garage and looked at where the spring was and he told me "you have been told several times that we don't do work on this kind of door!" I called the office and told the office that I never even told them what kind of door that I have.
Description of Work: They came out to give me an estimate on a garage door repair or possible replacement.

I told them that if they did the work (replaced the panel) and the door didn't work they could claim it was the motor etc. I asked how much for a complete new door, not a panel. They said $765. I told them they should have suggested that to begin with, and that since they couldn't find what was wrong I didn't want them to do the repair. Better Business rated them D and says their license has expired.
Description of Work: Asked them to repair a door that had broken. They came out, said the springs and hinges etc. looked fine but they would replace a panel and charge $400.00. Looked them up on Better Business through your site which seems to be the only way to access their reports. If you go direct to better business site they respond no reports on this company. If you did nothing else for consumers, enabling them to access reports is helpful.

+ -1 moreOVERALL EXPERIENCE POSITIVE. THE ESTIMATOR WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE TYPES AND QUALITY OF DOORS AND A UNIQUE INSTALLATION ISSUE AT MY HOUSE. THE INSTALLER SPENT ALMOST 6 HOURS DOING THE INSTALLATION UNTIL HE WAS HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY.
Description of Work: REMOVED OLD WOODEN GARAGE DOOR, HAULED IT AWAY, AND INSTALLED NEW ROLL UP ALUMINUM DOOR. THE ESTIMATOR WAS THE MOST EXPERIENCED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN HE VISITED THE HOUSE.

+ -1 moreWE REALLY LIKE OUR GARAGE DOOR. IT IS A LOT QUIETER THEN OUR OLD ONE. THE OLD ONE WAS OLD, LOUD, AND EVEN HAD A FEW HOLES IN IT. WE ARE REALLY HAPPY THAT WE CHANGED THE DOOR.
