+ -1 moreAlthough they were unable to assist me, they were very responsive and called me back right away to let me know that it wasn't a service they did.
Description of Work: I had asked for an estimate on upholstery cleaning but they were unable to help me. (they only do upholstery for homes where they do the carpets.)

Description of Work: I had them come out to clean a couch. They showed up but before they did the work they told me that I did not need to have it steam cleaned as we had agreed to before.

+ -1 moreTHIS IS A LONG TIME COMPANY. THEY SEND DARLING POSTCARDS FROM TIME TO TIME TO REMIND US THAT WE MIGHT NEED SOME WORK. I LIKE THE POSTCARDS. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW UP ON THE TELEPHONE, BUT I ALWAYS USE THEM BECAUSE I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT. THE SPOTS ARE GONE. EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE IS BRIGHTENED UP. THEY ARE RELIABLE IN BEING PROMPT AND EFFICIENT.
