Description of Work: The work performed to the front and back yards of the home to be sold was done quickly and well. The house sold within 30 daysand we know the yard enhancement was a great asset to the sale.

Description of Work: Reconfigured front lawn sprinkler placement for approx. 12 existing sprinkers. Added approx. 5 sprinklers.

Description of Work: Sprinkler Repair & Replacement Front & Back Yard Front Yard:1. Replace all existing lawn sprinkler heads with Rain Bird 1800 four inch pop-ups. 19 heads total.2. Move sprinkler along walkway leading from house over to corner of driveway.3. Install 2 new sprinklers into lawn area on north side of driveway.4. Install pipe from middle sprinklers and connect it to existing pipe running along south side of lawn so that the south side lawn sprinklers run off the valves that control middle sprinklers. South side lawn sprinklers will be capped off from existing valve. Back Yard:1. Replace all existing lawn sprinkler heads with Rain Bird 1800 four inch pop-ups. 12 heads total.2. Move 3 heads for better coverage.3. Install 4 new sprinkler heads, 3 corner heads and 1 half head.4. Install drip system into planter area off existing risers. Now everything is working and I can return to using the timers. Thank you, Barry!

Description of Work: Demolition and removal of a 6' diameter brick/cement circle in the middle of the yard. Removal of old lawn, rototill/leveling yard, and putting approx. 550 sq ft. of marathon 2 sod. Raising sprinkler heads and installing new head in middle of yard. Removal of old rock/dirt mix and bringing in nutrient-rich soil in a corner of the yard.

Description of Work: We got Barry's info from another Angie's List vendor who couldn't take on our project due to an upcoming surgery. He referred us to Barry and we are so glad he took the time to do so. Barry came out to our home on a Saturday morning and really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. He walked our property and advised us on some money saving optons as well. After taking measurements of our property we received a detailed estimate that was reasonable for the work we requested. Barry completely removed our backyard and installed a new automatic sprinkler system and laid new sod. He had to find special sod as our dog is allergic to many grasses. He grinded and removed 2 old tree stumps and laid a new concrete slab so we could bring in a storage shed. He was concerned about the slope of the yard so Barry added a drain to the corner of our new slab so it wouldn't gather water. Not only did he install a new sprinkler system but he suggested running a line up the other side of the house to make it easier for us to water in the front. Because he was already doing some of the repiping it wasn't that much more but it really turned out to be a big convenience. The trees we had removed earlier had damaged the block wall at the back of our property but Barry did his research and was able to find a matching block to replace the ones we lost during the tree removal. (The tree removal was done by another company that we WOULD NOT recommend.) Our planters were surrounded by ugly and broken borders and Barry dug them down and replanted with even borders that look 100% better. Although he has a weekly gardening service he never offered. Only after we inquired did he give us a rate for weekly lawn service. Our yards, front and back, have never looked better. Thank you, Barry, for doing a terrific job and providing a timely service for a reasonable rate. We had a complete overhaul in the backyard, planters redone on the sides of the house, masonry work to repair our block wall, pet turf laid in the front courtyard as well as concrete pouring. We couldn't be happier with Barry and his levels of service and communication. I would highly recommend Barry, and have done so to a friend of mine who owns many rental properties. His work is exemplary.
