Came to our home to give me an estimate , was suppose to email me the estimate by the end of the week & didn’t follow through to his word.

Since my wife and I are very dubious of contractors our expectations were low. However, when Paul Hidalgo stopped by for an estimate, our faith was restored. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and gave us the confidence to move forward. Paul recommended meeting with a design consultant as we were undecided about the paint colors. She made our decision an easy one. After scheduling delays, the job was started and took six days spread over two weeks because of our time constraints. The job was completed, for the most part, by one painter...Eugenio. He worked tirelessly in an 85 degree house and never complained even when dealing with very particular customers. The house looks great. We definitely would recommend Paul and his team from CertaPro Painters of Whittier. We will use them for all our future painting needs.

Paul was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant and sincere during his visit to review project. I am disappointed that he hasn't followed through with his commitment to provide a quote for my project. I have checked back about 3 times to get timing of his quote and still have not received it.

Fantastic job. Cleaned up every night. We were notified in advance if there was going to be any delays, such as for rain. Paul kept us informed during every part of the process via email, which was our choice of communication. Miguel, the foreman, was always willing to stop working to answer our questions. We recommend Paul and his team for anyone that needs paint work. Thanks Paul. Our house looks great.

He always returned calls and called me at the end of every day to give me an update on status and did a walk through with me when job was completed to ensure I was happy. I also hired them to paint the interior of my Parents home and they did a great job & provided excellent customer service to us as well!

The job went exceeding well. Eugene, our painter did an excellent job over the 2 1/2 days the job took to complete. Eugene did an excellent job in making sure that no paint got on our stained wood trim and wood floors. Paul, the owner, checked in periodically to make sure that we were happy with the job.

The team arrived on time and went to work making certain that everything was completely covered to avoid spills and drips. They cleaned up their work at the end of each day and left us informed as to the next day's work. Paul checked in at the beginning of each day and also at the end of each day to make certain that all was going as planned. When the job was nearing completion, Paul showed up with donuts and a paintbrush to do any touchup that might be needed.He is definitely a hands on business man whose attention to detail is evident in the outcome of his work. We could not be more pleased with the job that Paul and his CertaPro team provided to us. We cannot thank him enough for the beautiful work that he and his team did for us .
