Alfa Builders Inc

Have been working on project with Architect (Criss Gunderson) since last September 2012. Structural analyst and architect have made sure project is done in agreement with the policies of the City of Torrance obtaining permits, and inspectors during this time. Both Alfa Builders, Inc. and Architect Criss Gunderson have worked dillingently for the past 12 months on my project despite some time-consuming setbacks ordering and waiting for materials/supplies to get the project done. Owner is so pleased with their dedication, talent and work ethics, she is finding other projects she wants them to do while they are both familiar and presently workiing on the structure. Planning an extention of upper outside deck off of bedroom on 2nd floor to wrap around front of home in the next few months. Have architect working on structure design and permits along with structural analyst (30 yrs. exp.). Will be upgrading this review in future as work progresses this year in 2013. At this same time, Alfa Builders is doing a separate project across the street from me for my neighbors helping them remodel their bathroom. My neighbors saw first-hand what he did for me, and hired him for their bathroom project.

He did a really good job, was reliable and honest. He kept in touch with me constantly. He gave me a detailed estimate. His people were also very great. He followed through with the contract as well. He had me pay him in installments as we went along. He does not waste time while working on the project. Always on top of the details. Keeps you updated. Takes a small break for lunch, he is on 100%.
