Overall, I am very pleased with the service. The technic quoted a very fair price for the toilet and installation. Also, I was happy that he did not recommend the most expensive model. I bought an American Standard and Eduardo said I could buy the Kohler but I would be paying for the name. I am also pleased that he explained everything he was doing, was very clean, and was able to get this done in a matter of hours. Their prices are fair - not too high or low - but they do good work! Will use again and recommend to others.

They broke out the wall between the two bathrooms, dried out the wood that could be saved then rebuilt the shower pan from the bottom up. They broke out all the tile in the tile shower, removed the rotting wood, rebuilt the shower from the support beams up, put a cement core on top of that from the bottom up to the ceiling, waterproofed it all, and then repleased the tile. In the mean time I tore out wallpaper and repainted the bathroom and they finished the job with baseboards which were neatly cealed off. They would have done the wallpaper removal and painting too if we had wanted them to. We now have a new bathroom that is truly beautiful and functional. What I liked most about their work is that they came every day with few exceptions until the job was finished. The few exceptions were days that required one stage or another to dry or set or some such.

AS I MENTIONED, THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ON TIME, THEY DELIVERED TO SCHEDULE AND TO SPECIFICATIONS. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL FOR THOSE REASONS AS WELL. THEY WERE ALSO DEPENDABLE.
