. They came out to inspect the pool skimmer /leak. and gave me an estimate. The estimate was ready next day. The work was started within 3 days time and completed in 48 hrs. I haven't had any problem with the skimmer since. Their estimate was $1200 cheaper than any other leak repair company for the identical work. They let me pay off the bill in 6 months withou interest.ool

Correctly identified replacement parts for failed pool pump. Recommended replacing seal and O-ring for better results. Parts were in stock. Very helpful and nice people.

The owner of this company is very rude and impolite.Contact him on his webpage through a request form and he email me back that he need a phone number and address.I sent him both thinking that he would contact me to arrange a appt. to see to see the pool.The next day he goes out to my house (we just the bought house and process of moving) go in the backyard and trys to shutdown my pool filter. Luckly the timer is the garage and garage was locked. Call 4 times on the cell phone and told my wife that pool isn't up to code.He told me the filter was going burn itself out(I have a pool service and tech just check the filter day before) and the pool light was improperly ground because of wrong size ground wire.After talking to him on the phone I arrange appt time the next day. 15 minutes before his appt time he call up and tell my son that he going to be 30 to 45 minutes late because he has job to do and he couldn't walk way from it.My son told him that okay we have other contractors coming by.He then show up 20 minutes later and go straight for the backyard gate to let himself in the backyard(Not bothering to knocking on the front door). Luckly we put a lock on the gate due the incident with him the day before.My son let him in after he said he couldn't get in and never introduce himself.He went right to the GFI for the pool light and said that the conduit wasn't right type.My son told him that the pool light was already being taken care and we wanted a estimate for handrails and also ground the pool to the house. He looks at the steps for the handrail ,doesn't say word,and go to back of house step out the distance from house to the pool.He tell my son it 5 feet from the pool and within code.The problem was my son measure the distance from the house to the pool about 2 hour before and it was 54 inches. My son told him that he measure the distance with a tape measure and he told my son that his shoe size is a 12.We didn't want argue with him so told him to give us a estimate for the handrails and grounding of the pool to the house. We also told him that we are taking estimates from other pool contractor.He told us that he is the only license contractor for Lakewood that could this difficult job and hand his card to my son. We told him that we didn't appreciate him going into our backyard without our permission yesterday, He got huffy and said I don't need this c*** and he walk off. This our experience with this pool contractor in just one meeting

THEY WERE CLEVER WITH THEIR DESIGNS, AND THEIR CONCEPTS WERE GREAT. THEY HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE, WHICH SHOWED IN THEIR SUGGESTIONS. IT TOOK LONGER THAN WE WANTED.
